I continue to be impressed by this office. Medical receptionists and nurses are really great. Dr. Van is very good at her job, and I really appreciate all of the help her and the staff here have offered me on my healing journey.

First time patient. The check-in staff is very loud. Dr. Van is very nice and professional. Check-out staff loud. I asked for a printout of my prescription, they said that would be $30. That's ridiculous, I've never had to pay for that before. I was referred here. They accept my Medicare but not Medicaid. This was my first time ever paying a co-pay and they also told me to expect a bill coming. This was my first and last appointment. So disappointed.

I was so impressed by the process at Hecker Eyecare Service. The receptionist was pleasant and so were the technicians that guided me through the entire procedure. I felt Dr. Van cared about the health of my eyes. She was very thorough during the examination, and expressed her humorous nature through a sneaky joke. Personable, professional and friendly. The place was squeaky clean and pleasant smelling. Strange as it was, I was able to relax in the waiting area. Dr. Van is one of the best ophthalmologists in the Triad. I highly recommend her to anyone. This is the place to go for excellent Eyecare.

I was really looking forward to becoming a new patient here, but the person taking my appointment says Hecker won't write a prescription for contact lenses. How can an ophthalmologist not do prescriptions for contacts? That's bonkers. I hope someone at the practice notices this review and messages me that the appointment scheduler was just mistaken. She was at least pleasant and answered quickly.

Best experience ever! I highly recommend Dr. Hecker. Dr. Hecker and her staff are amazing! Every person is friendly and attentive. Dr. Hecker has wonderful bedside manner speaking in a calm manner and willing answering all your questions. I never felt rushed and she always makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Chaunhi Van MD during my cataract surgery evaluation today. Dr. Van's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. She conducted a thorough examination, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I feel confident in Dr. Van's care and look forward to the upcoming surgery under her skilled hands. Highly recommend!

Dr Frazier and staff were just outstanding. Calming vibe from everyone, which was very welcome due to being there for an eye injury. (I received an injury from my adorable kitten the morning of Labor Day. Everything closed. Called around 9 am next day. I know I sounded panicked when I called in. They patiently worked to schedule me in. I felt respected and listened to in every aspect of my interaction with the staff. I cant thank you guys enough for not making me feel like a complete goof for the injury.) Very thorough exam. I just felt like I was in very capable caring hands. Thank you
