I'm brand new to eyeglasses and after my eye exam I decided to go to myeyedr for my glasses. I was fortunate enough to meet Kayla's Morgan. She was understanding and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping me select my first pair of eyeglasses. She is the model employee and she should be recognized for her dedication and customer service. Thank you Kaylan for everything you did for me.

I love this place and the staff. I'd take them all out for dinner cause they treated me so well. The tech, Odalis, she was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, Shyann, she was delightful. And the sales rep, Kaylan, was such a pleasure to work with.

The eye doctor I have been seeing for 10 years could NOT get my rx correct for my glasses after 3 attempts. I decided to visit My Eye Dr. for a re-examination. While the frame selection isn't extremely wide, I found a pair I liked. I took the plunge and ordered them. The Rx was perfect on the first try! This is one happy customer.

Great visit at the Pisgah Church location. Brennan made my appointment go by quickly amd with ease, Shyann made sure my insurance covered everything and Kaylan did a great job giving me all of my best options of lenses for both needs and wants without going over budget. I only wish they had a greater variety of fashion frames.

Got my first eye exam and pair of glasses purchased today thanks to Brennan and Kaylan! The staff was able to make great recommendations for me not having any clue where to start. They are upfront about pricing and the breakdown of costs. Definitely recommend their services and can't wait to get my glasses when they come in :)

I visited this location yesterday & my experience was beyond amazing. Shyann greeted me right away when I walked in and checked me in really quickly. My tech, Odalis, was efficient and answered all questions I had. Sales rep, Kaylan, made sure I didn't leave that office until I had exactly what I was looking for. She went over my benefits with me and advised of options I didn't even know were available to me! I had a bad experience my first time there and was thinking about switching... but these ladies made this visit one I will never forget! I appreciate every last one of them! From assisting with picking out the right frames to explaining my benefits and just making me feel heard! Thank you ladies!

Kaylin is an incredible eyewear professional. Promote or someone will poach. Heck, should poach if you want someone incredible with a great head on her shoulders. She has extensive industry experience including manufacturing. I have seen countless opticians. She is all-around excellent and proficient.

Amari was very personable and allowed an easy visit with comfortability. Shyann greeted me with a smile at the front desk and assured me of an affordable experience. Kaylan helped to get me the best products I could get for my plan. My experience was great!
