Such a great overall experience! I scheduled my appointment online and received a confirmation call beforehand to verify my information and insurance benefits. The staff answered all my questions thoroughly over the phone, including details about copays and initial costs. On the day of my visit, I completed some quick paperwork, so I recommend arriving about 15 minutes early with your ID and insurance card. The front desk team was professional and welcoming. Jaqueline did an excellent job explaining each step of the imaging and tests, and Dr. Schwab provided a clear assessment and efficient care. Another staff member was very helpful and patient with me and gave me a detailed quote for my selected frames and lenses. Overall, I'm very happy with today's visit and have already recommended this office to my colleagues. Big thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and timely support!

The ladies that run this office are second to none!! I was seen within 5 minutes of my appt time, the lab tech was friendly and the Doctor was also. They provide alternatives when working with my insurance. Help me pick out glasses that look good on me. The attentiveness I receive makes me feel like family, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Our family has been coming to this location for years, and the experience is always outstanding. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly accommodating. The level of customer service sets this location apart. Ashley, in particular, is incredibly patient and knowledgeable--she takes the time to work with you and make sure you get the best possible price. I've been coming to this location for 8+ years. The ladies up front have always been great and that hasn't changed. I came back even after moving across the county as I've always been pleased with my experiences at MyEyeDr Adams Farm. I wasn't impressed with Dr. Schwab. Most of my experience with her was fine. Her bedside manner is a little clinical, but I don't expect a pediatrician when I go to an optometrist. What irritated me was when I asked 2 super simple questions concerning my perscription right before I left she seemed to have a vibe of "why are you asking me this?" and "are you questioning my expertise?". I brushed it off, but I looked at these reviews and its clear this is a trend. Might be a good idea to find someone who feels comfortable going off the script with patients. There are plenty of options in the Greensboro area for eye doctors and I won't be back to this one.

I called and checked online to confirm they accepted nc medicaid via Wellcare for my 8yr old son. They said they did. So I booked online, confirmed appointment. Even received a confirmation text for the appointment. Showed up and they had canceled with no communication what so ever before hand. All because they didn't accept nc medicaid. Complete waste of time, they are liars and false advertisers. DO NOT USE!

Bad experience with Dr. Schwab - do not go here! My son and I visited this practice this morning to have his eyes examined for driver's ed. Dr. Schwab informed me she could not fill out the form I had. When I asked if the eye exam documents would have the same info requested on the form she asked, "Why do you need that, are you planning on filling the form out yourself and forging my signature?" I was taken aback and explained that I wanted to attach the info that I got from her office to the form and send them both in to the driver's ed company. And that I had no intention of forging her signature. Her accusation was incredibly disrespectful. To accuse a client of attempting to be dishonest is ridiculous, and to do this in front of my son is completely unacceptable. I did not speak to her any longer during the appointment. Neither me nor my family will be returning here - you shouldn't either.

My experience was excellent. The staff was courteous, efficient, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The doctor was thorough in the exam, explained the results clearly, and took time to answer all of my questions. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking high-quality eye care.

Every single person in here was so nice. From the receptionist to the doctor to the eye wear consultant. I definitely have a new eyeglasses home.
