This was a great experience for my daughter, she's 7 years old. The front desk staff is very friendly. The tech was very gentle and calm with her through some of the initial processes and while dilating her eyes. The eye doctor is very kind and courteous. Will be back for future eyes exams with the family!

Dr. Poudyal and his staff are the AMAZING! They are skilled, caring and truly go the extra mile for their patients. I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are!

I've been going to this office for years. Everyone is very nice and friendly and I don't even have to give them my name when checking in. They know who I am. I couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. They're very clean. They ask me to use hand sanitizer when I get called back a they clean every piece of equipment right there in front of me before they use it. It's a small office with only one doctor but they're very efficient. Wait times in the office are minimal but if you need to go for a visit, try to make your appointment in advance because they stay pretty booked up. They do take walk-ins but go early as there is no guarantee that they will be able to work you in. I have no plans of changing doctors. I'm satisfied with right where I'm at.

Everyone so was so nice and friendly. Dr.P was so friendly and explained everything very clearly to me. This is my 2nd time and I definitely will be going back every year.

Miserable Front desk people and unethical practice! waited 2 months for the appointment only to find out they want more money even when eye exam is fully covered by insurance. They never communicate and wasted my workday, and 2 hours of time. they cheat people.....STAY AWAY!
