I just got my eye exam done this morning and I had a wonderful experience. The staff is diverse and that's something I look out for as a young black women. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in with warm smiles and that made me automatically feel comfortable. Also they are punctual. I get very anxious when I go to new places. Here I wasn't anxious at all! Every single person I encountered here was awesome and had great energy. Also my contact fitting was awesome and with the new prescription they gave me it I can see crystal clear! They also allow you to pay for half of your frames to order, then the other half at time of pick up. As a student that works perfectly for my pockets. I will definitely continue going here for my yearly exams until I leave Greensboro! 10 out of 10!
