I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I walked in on the wrong morning (a day earlier by mistake) and they saw me anyway. Maddie was so patient and kind. The contact tech came and explained everything to me about how the year-long rebate program worked. The exam went smoothly as well. When we finished, I received a sample pair of contacts until my prescription pairs came in. My contact order arrived 2 days later and I received a call to come pick them up. When I picked up, the tech walked me through how to fill out the rebate online and I left with my rebate info that I only had to stick in the nearest mailbox! The new contacts were great! They tweaked my prescription strength a tiny bit and it made a big difference. Every staff member was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I didn't feel like a number. This place impressed me!!

Every person in this building is so awesome & friendly. I was a walk-in and they got me in super quick. They had a bunch of great promotions going on that made it super affordable without vision insurance. They were even able to fit my new prescription into my current pair of glasses that I lost the lenses for. They took the extra care to make sure the lenses would stay secure because I have had issues with them falling out in the past. Amazing experience. Thank you!

Everyone who did the actual exam was friendly and helpful. They made the process easy and quick.
However, the salesman afterwards wouldn't take no for an answer when I refused to buy frames that day. He kept trying to convince me to buy a pair after I had declined several times. Once he finally accepted my answer, he was rude and short with me while ringing up my bill.
While the exam only took about 20min, I was in the store for an hour waiting to get my prescription because I had to wait for the one sales person to finish with other customers before trying to get me to buy frames and finally letting me pay. I will most likely get my exam elsewhere next time I need it updated.

Came in here expecting to spend $20 in copays, left after being forced to spend a $140 and forced to get glasses. I'm sure they are great to some folks, and the employees seem nice enough, but the whole business model is based on upselling and how to wiggle every penny out of you. Rather gouge my own eyes out than come back to this place and I'm choosing to go around blind over picking up the glasses I was forced to get due to the principal of how crappy the business model is.

I was looking for a walk in appt. I came in at opening to see the availability, and was seen pretty quickly. Got my exam and had an enjoyable experience. Hopped on a promo, and got two nice pairs of glasses, ready within an hour of choosing them. I'm really pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facility.

This is the last place to choose if you have too. My sons second pair of glasses still have not came yet and nobody is communicating with me except some customer service center. I figured it would be longer than the guy told me when we where there but to not call and let me know what's going on. If your still waiting for frames or lens. I called Saturday the lady said the store said they were waiting on frames...I called today and they said they are waiting on lenses...SMDH. the first and last time I will ever use them.

It is unfortunate that one would have to send a "caution" when dealing with a company that deals in health/medical services. Do not use your insurance benefits here. The "2 pairs" deal is not permitted if you have insurance and the associate will try to upsell you on everything like it's a car dealership. It's like they were foaming at the mouth when I said we had insurance. I foolishly bought the warranty and was still charged upon getting a repair when I came back. Go elsewhere! Plenty of other places to go.
