I have known Becky for over 37 years, and I can say without hesitation that she is truly exceptional. She is not just great at what she does--she is the best. I have never had a better pair of glasses or better eyewear service anywhere, and I wouldn't trust my eyes, or the eyes of my family, to anyone else. Becky has taken care of multiple generations of my family and many friends, and every single time the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. She puts her heart into her work, and you can feel that the moment you walk through the door. This isn't just a job to her--it's a calling, and it shows in the quality, precision, and care she gives to every person she helps. Becky is a strong, resilient, resolute woman who has been through a lot, and that strength is exactly why she runs her business with integrity and backbone. She doesn't cut corners, she doesn't tolerate nonsense, and she stands behind her work 100%. If someone feels the need to leave a negative review, I truly believe Becky--or her team--is not the problem. I absolutely love this little privately owned glasses shop. The styles will blow your mind! Becky is a national treasure - matching the perfect pair of glasses specific for your face. You will not find a better glasses person in NC, so why trust your look to an Eye Mart Express or Walmart clerk? John on the team is very kind and professional. The shop is comfortable and pretty. I really enjoyed my appointment and shopping with Becky. Run, don't walk, to support a locally-owned Greensboro business! After all, I drove from Raleigh -- Becky is THAT good!

Just drove four hours for. 0 assistance and to have nothing but rudeness!!! Without Marti this store has absolutely no customer connection. Will not be back. Five, yes five pairs of glasses and the help I got today was "what do you want me to do?" Love it!!!! Do nothing!!! Be a rude owner

Wow! What a top-notch experience. Becky, Marty and Joe are the best in the business. I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years and have NEVER experienced this level of service. The frames are SO unique. Becky showed me options she knew would work with my face shape and style, which was so helpful. I can't wait to go back for another pair!

I have passed by The View on Elm many times and have always been impressed by the elegant WOW factor of the luxury eyewear on display. Buying glasses had always been uneventful for me, so when I decided to shop for my next pair at The View, I really did expect more of the same except with a more "upscale" edge. Was I ever wrong! When I walked into the store, Marti greeted me with such warmth and immediately scheduled my appointment. Becky Causey is the best ever! I may not be her typical client, but she treated me like family, asking questions about my lifestyle, my likes, expectations, and dislikes. For a moment I forgot that I was buying eyeglasses. I love my new glasses and would never have considered such style (by a super-handsome French designer) had it not been for Becky and her staff. I have gotten so many compliments!

I have been going to The View on Elm for years. The staff and owner have been nothing but nice, courteous, and supportive. I remember my very first visit- I have always been a little conservative in some ways and really needed to step out of my comfort zone - I needed a pair of statement glasses that brought out my fashion sense. Becky was so super and quickly learned by listening and she did exactly what I needed...pushing me to see me and outside my comfort zone. She was honest in telling me what looked right on me and what did not look right on me. I am one that appreciates someone telling me their thoughts and opinions and she has always been sweet and professional with me. If you are looking for a great pair of glasses and a great bunch of experts go see Becky and tell her I sent you!!

Becky and Marti are fabulous. Before going to the View, I had a hard time finding glasses that fit my face, but with their help I've gotten several amazing pairs of both regular glasses and sunglasses. I deeply appreciate that they will not let me purchase glasses that don't work for me, and when we find the right pair it is truly magical - the glasses here are wearable art. I've gotten dozens of compliments, even from total strangers, on my glasses. There is no where better than the View!

I had the pleasure of meeting Becky Causey as I was out doing some "cold calls" one afternoon in 2011. We became fast friends and I love working with her and Marti Kennedy. Incredible professionals with an eye on fashion and customer service. I was pleasantly surprised at the warranties that they have with all their eye wear. I lost count at 574 compliments I have received on my glasses, from Greensboro to Texas! I sent my husband Joe there too! Thanks Becky for all you do for our community too, in supporting local artists! EVERY DAY I send someone to visit Becky at The View on Elm!
