I do not recommend this place. I was not informed about a fitting charge before being offered new lenses, and afterward they attempted to charge me an additional fee. The lack of transparency about pricing was disappointing and unprofessional. Before allowing them to proceed with any service, make sure to confirm whether there will be additional charges.

Everything was great! The check in, the doctor the nurses everything! The office is really nice and clean. The doctor explained everything to me in great detail. The wait was short and I always appreciate that! I'm glad I moved on from my previous eye doctor. I don't have vision insurance but the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend and I'm so happy I've found a great eye doctor. Everyone is very professional and not to mention funny. I enjoyed some great laughs!

Review is for Archdale Office. UPDATE: Dr Hood called me within a couple hours of this review. The office also called me. My glasses did come in and I was told the first lenses were broken during processing. He explained everything, was incredibly forthright. I am now satisfied and will continue to be seen here and recommend this practice to others. Great job Dr Hood and staff. I really dislike leaving negative reviews. I have been waiting almost a month for a pair of glasses. I have called multiple times, never getting an actual person to answer. Always voicemail. To date I have not received a single callback. I even went to the office after 3 weeks and they said that the lab still had it and they expected them that week and would call. Still no call. The Doctor was great and I can highly recommend him but I am very dissatisfied with the service after. I expect better service when purchasing over $1,200 worth of glasses

Beautiful new office. I can always count on a pleasant experience. Every one is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hutto is the picture of great health and fitness - and seems to be aging backwards. I went straight to the gym after my appointment lol. They're all great!

Triad Eye has been my go to for many years now. Some of the reasons I enjoy their services... -Friendly and knowledgeable associates. -Opticians provide a calming, never rushed service. Always willing to go back to one , then two and back to one! -Fair prices for contacts and glasses. Overall just a great experience.

A very helpful and friendly staff. Doc , one of the opticians there is exceptionally helpful. I've purchased glasses there for years, and they come out perfect every time. Everyone who worked there was so helpful in helping me pick out frames. They have a good selection and good prices.

Dr Neil is the best. He's thorough, explains things well and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed out of there. He is always very pleasant and positive. I recently needed an asap appointment and his team fit me in same day. They actually care about their clients.

I had to find a new Eye Dr. due to my doctors recent retirement, and I found a great one. The entire team was so nice, helpful, and just fun to work with. Allison and Rachel were incredibly kind, and Dr. Blackman was the most informative and patient friendly doctor I've had the pleasure to visit. I highly recommend the folks in King!
