Warby Parker Friendly Center

I had such a wonderful experience at Warby Parker! The store environment was so inviting, friendly, and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Bruce helped us during our visit, and he was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never once made me feel rushed, even while I tried on what felt like so many different pairs of glasses. His helpfulness and genuine attitude made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. It's rare to find customer service that feels this thoughtful and sincere. I left feeling confident in my choice and really appreciated how great the entire experience was.

Walked in this store for the first time and was greeted by Daniel. He was the best customer service associate. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helped with any questions I had. He made this visit and purchase one of the best I have had in a while at a retail store and I will return to this store every time I get glasses. Thanks for having great associates like Daniel and making this an easy and non pressure visit.

I'm really glad I decided to come here. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door someone approached me to help me I really like that. The young lady that did my eye tests was knowledgeale professional and was very helpful even sent applicable links relating to my exam and prescription to my email. I will definitely recommend that you come here for the service and also to find a great pair of glasses. I also really like the fact that they did not try to push any expensive frames on me or try to upsell my prescription. In fact I had ask about adding on to my prescription and of course I was given the pricing and other information needed to help me with my decision. I feel that they went beyond to make sure I had a great experience and got what I needed.

This was a great store! Rei was very helpful in helping me find the right glasses. They accepted my insurance and the prices were very reasonable. There were so many options to choose from. The transaction was seamless . I'm definitely a Warby Parker fan!

I had the best experience visiting this store. I've never worn glasses before, and just found out that I need to wear them everyday. However, I did not get my eye exam at Warby Parker because I did not know they did eye exams. I will certainly do my eye exam there next year! The other eye exam place I visited today did not make me feel welcome, and actually made me uncomfortable. I left the original place feeling defeated and judged, but at Warby Parker the associate actually explained my prescription to me and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I'm super thankful for the associate that helped me, because they really turned a horrible day into a better one.

This was my first time to this store. Had a great experience with staff (Grace and Rich). Felt heard and appreciated with Grace offering some great suggestions on which style of glasses best suited the shape of my face. I will definitely return to this store. I love Warby Parker!

Took my dad here for an appointment and our experience was amazing. It was so quick to get an appointment and both ladies that helped us were very understanding and patient as he has some memory issues and difficulty understanding instructions; never once did they get impatient or frustrated with having to repeat instructions. I will definitely be going back for myself and my husband too. I am so grateful!

Ease of getting appointment. Great selection. Wish they had more high line frames but very happy with my choice. Really nice staff and a Doctor I thought was great and took her time.
