Excellent attentive service. Jazz is the best manager in town. She jumps in whenever and wherever she is needed. A small wait prior to my appointment but not a huge deal. Used the time to pick out frames. Good selection and staff offer to order frames if not in that particular store. Been going here for years, moved and now I'm driving an hour to stick with this store. I tried another store but nothing compares.

What an amazing experience. Everyone was so polite! There was a small wait and they were so apologetic! The tech was absolutely amazing. I also absolutely LOVED my interaction with Trel. I had no plans to purchase anything today but her amazing personality SOLD me and the now new glasses I will be getting. She is so sweet, personable, and just all around amazing. Please give this woman a raise!

Fast, efficient testing. Both of the clinical ladies were professional and friendly. The young lady that helped me select the frames was outstanding. Very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And Jerome is the G.O.A.T. This location is the best in this area.

Went for an eye exam only and they were all so attentive and friendly. Jerome specifically was such a kind man that he offered help with my glasses in the future even if I didn't buy them from him. He has an exceptional personality and was a very memorable person from my visit. Highly recommend their services.

Jerome was excellent in identifying the issue with my glasses and worked it out to the point that I didn't have to pay any extra money! Would absolutely recommend this MyEyeDr to everyone.

My appointment was beyond great today. My check in process with Mrs. Rebecca was great. She made sure to answer all my silly questions. My tech ( I didn't catch her name...sorry I forgot) was great as well. She was very professional and patient with me. Dr. Hanna is so awesome! I am a engery person and her engery, patience and professionalism is top tier. She took her time with me to make sure I was completely comfortable and understood what I needed for my vision. She listened to all of my concerns. Lindsey was great as well. She walked me through the process of making sure I received what I needed and wanted in my new frames. She was patient and kind to me...even though we were interrupted during our process. Overall the team here is beyond excellent!!! I thank you guys for all the great and positive energy/ attitude that you exuded today. Keep up the great work!!!

Dr. Hanna is super sweet, attentive, and cares about her patient's opinions. One of the team members (I unfortunately can't remember her name) helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that suited me. I ordered contacts which were delivered 2-3 days after my appointment, and my glasses I ordered were ready in about a week.. so great turnaround time for orders. They worked with my insurance coverages to ensure I was getting everything for the cheapest price possible (: Will definitely come back to this location when needed!

The lady who checked me in, and the lady who worked me up and took my initial eye exams and pictures of my eyes were both great (sorry, I didn't get either of their names)!!! They both greeted us as soon as we walked in with smiles. The environment was very clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable, laid back and yet very professional. We never felt rushed the entire time we were there. The optometry doctor was very pleasant (I don't recall her introducing herself, although she entered the room with a bright smile. I do remember seeing it on my appointment card which was previously emailed to me). She was most informative in explaining things to me in great detail. Lindsey was a quite a joy in assisting my husband and me with new eyewear. She was very pleasant and professional in explaining what our insurance covered. Being certified she very knowledgeable about frames and lenses. She told me things I never knew about my glasses (turns out my skin is allergic to the metal part of my glasses around the bridge of my nose). I went with glasses that she selected which were a better look and fit than the ones I had picked out. Lindsey was so nice. We plan to ask/or wait for her next year! The only thing that I think should be changed (which used to be carried out) is that we, as patients, should be initially asked if we'd like insurance on our glasses or not. The new procedure is to automatically add it to the bill. I didn't notice this charge until I got home. I never insure my glasses, but my husband always does, because he needs it. Other than this, we had very enjoyable appointments today, and were both very satisfied with all of the staff.
