Love Linda, but my husband got glasses with lens he couldn't see with. Contact was made immediately, was never made right. Same happened to me, I made contact within 3 days. I was told we're moving, got to work you in. Never did, I tried reaching out, not successful. So here I also sit with glasses I can't see with. So disappointed. We have to start all over with another practice. Bad thing is, our cost will be out of pocket, insurance will not pay again!!

I think I would rather go somewhere else. The gentleman I saw at the old location was such a tremendous help I thought I would get the same experience coming around again.this was not the case and instead I was met with confusion and lack of communication by different staff members.

And when it comes to picking out frames they are patient and helpful so that you get the best frames and one that you like. This place deserves 10 stars. The progressive lenses I got here were perfectly centered and mounted. With high quality frames. But the exam Dr. is THE BEST; careful and extensive. I've been back multiple times over the years, even after relocating to Charlotte. This place rocks.

I took my 94 year old father in for an eye exam. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The parking is perfect for an elderly person. His vision hadn't changed since 2006 when he got his last pair of glasses. They cleaned, tightened, aligned, replaced nose pieces, and replaced the slip-on covers on the ear pieces on his old glasses.
