Had a great experience at Professional Vision Center in Hendersonville. Dr. Timothy Anderson was incredibly detailed and thorough with my exam, taking time to explain everything about my eyes clearly and patiently. I left feeling very confident in my care. Alyssa really helped me through the whole process, making the visit smooth from start to finish. She's a superstar . Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care.

The entire crew was so helpful and nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. It did take a couple of months to get an appointment, but well worth it. They had about 20 pairs of work/safety glasses to choose from.

A friend of mine recommended this eye care center to me. They are absolutely amazing! They really took the time to figure out what was going on with my vision. I was beginning to feel really rushed at my other eye doctor and kept having vision issues. After leaving my appointment last week, I have been able to see so much better. The staff is amazing!

Ive been coming here for probably at least ten years. As long as I can remember honestly. I still drive from East AVL where I live now to this office because I appreciate and trust them. They're always punctual with appointment times unlike many doctors offices nowadays. Relatively good availability for appointments. Always happy to clean and adjust my glasses. Contacts come in pretty quickly when requested. Everyone here is also just kind and seems to enjoy being there. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.

I read many of the other reviews and normally pay more attention to the bad ones because giving a 5 star without mentioning why isn't much of a review. My visit... I went in and was greeted by a very friendly well mannered lady (Lisa) who answered all my questions prior to my appointment time. In a short time a young lady who told me her name (Maria) was also very friendly and escorted me back to the first exam room. Maria is exceptional in explaining everything before she proceeded with it so there where no surprises and I felt very comfortable as she progressed me through each machine. I then was escorted to the next room where the Doctor would be examining my eye's. The Doctor came in and no offense he was what I expected to the point and professional not friendly but also not hateful (he's a Doctor pretty much what was expected). He is a very good doctor at least from my perspective as he explained everything including options as well as Pro's and Con's to the Options. After the exam I was escorted to where they sell the Glass's and met by a young friendly lady and a Older less friendly Lady. I was presented with my options and the ONLY complaint is the Older less friendly lady made sure I was charged for every tiny thing she could charge for my Glass's. I understand they are in the business to make Money but charging me for nose pads because I wanted wire instead of plastic (plastic comes with nose pads). I'm not going to give a lower score for this one person as everyone else was extremely Professional and all in all it was a very good experience. I do many reviews I don't give 5 star Often but I feel they deserve it for the service I received. I don't think nickel and diming customers is good business but that's my opinion. Edit* So I have had several trips and just want to point out that the person referred to as "Older less Friendly Lady" isn't exactly less friendly I would say she has been doing it a long time and its pretty much muscle memory rather then a unfriendly demeanor. She is a Professional as everyone else was but perhaps just doesn't enjoy what she does anymore like so many that do the same job day in and day out.

I started coming here about 15 years ago. I was always pleased with the office staff and the doctor. For a few years I went elsewhere based off a work recommendation with a change of insurance. I shouldn't have left, I came back. Besides missing the staff I really missed the thoroughness of the doctor. At the other office anything extra that was done I was charged for while Dr Anderson does these extensive extra tests out of precaution and part of his practice and I appreciate that more than being charged for just sitting in the office.

While the doctor and most of the staff are professional and generally very friendly,the one lady who met us initially for our appointments was downright mean spirited,unwelcoming and hateful. We put it down to a bad week for her but still,some won't be as understanding.If she represented the company before I made my appointments,I swear I would have went elsewhere.
