Absolute horrible disgrace to the optical profession. They are rude, uncaring and don't want your business. They would not answer my question if the state employees EyeMed insurance is covered. And after raising my concern, they were flippant about it. Avoid this place at all costs.

Poor customer service in the eye doctor's office. Does not care about the customer.. Insurance was baffled at the lack of effort to file a claim. Doctor is great but office not so much. Will find a professional. .

I made a simple call into sams club optical and there reptionist was not willing to help sort out an issue. Very short and unhelpful. I quickly got help from the folks selling the lenses and glasses. I would never use Sams club optical for lack of confidence. Sams club should pay attention as customers could get frustrated with the entire experience.
