10/10 recommend the vision vault! Let me explain! I had ordered a new pair of sunglasses with another local company, I've used this company for a few years and had some problems but still managed to keep them. I ordered my sunglasses and when I went to pick them up I was told they accidentally sent them to the Winston Salem store. So after a week I went to pick them up again and they were wrong. The store told me this happens sometimes with the lab but they would resend them and try again. So I waited another 10 days and when they arrived, not only were they still wrong but the lens were 2 sizes too small. They didn't even fit the frame! So I had them resent back. Well needless to say after the 4th time resending them back I asked for a refund. I went to see Joni at the Vision Vault, told her my saga tale and she told me she didn't understand what that was all about but told me she would not have an issue. After waiting for them to come in I went to pick them up and lo and behold they were right! I was so excited to finally have sunglasses before the summer ends! She will definitely be getting my business from now on and anyone else I can tell!
