I'm so grateful for the care I receive at Digby Eye Associates. Dr. Parker really took the time to walk me through the full scope of my vision and helped me understand what I can realistically expect from my eyewear prescription. That level of care and explanation meant a lot.
A special thank you to Santana as well for helping me find the right eyewear and making sure everything fit just right. She was patient, supportive, and wonderful to work with.
Honestly, the entire team is fantastic. The doctors and staff are all kind, professional, and attentive. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else for my eye care.

Front desk is pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. Techs have always been super friendly as well. Bring back quickly after check in, get done with preliminary exam efficiently and to the doctor. Doctors are thorough, approachable with all questions and excellent at giving advice, recommendations, and providing the best possible care. Glasses fitting staff are great and allow for trying on different styles, giving honest opinions, and fitting appropriately. 20/20 would recommended to anyone in need of good eye care.

Dr. Dunnington is amazing. She's very thorough in her exams and her recommendations are always on point. The rest of the staff is also good as well. The only thing I would critique would be time. Staying in a doctors office for an hour and a half is taxing, especially when you've been at work all day or have other things going on in life.

So personable, takes her time with you, explains everything, answers every question in a manner anyone can understand and is just amazing! The entire staff is. From check in, to the initial checks, to working with the ladies to pick glasses; all world class service! You feel like you are their only patient and it is an almost "white glove" feeling of service. Top notch!
