I have been a dedicated customer for over a decade.They have a friendly front desk staff, knowledgeable optometrists, and opticians that go above and beyond customer expectations. One would be hard pressed to better Triad Eye Associates of Archdale (High Point). Whether it be new eyewear or having an issue with glasses 6 months old - they were happy to assist - with an amazing smile and incredible demeanor.

Triad Eye has a professionalism not often seen in businesses any longer. Everyone greets you with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The staff listens to any concerns that one might have with an attentive ear, documents those concerns, and assures they get addressed during the visit. Dr. Hutto is a true pleasure re to interact with, much like visiting with a long-time friend.

Doctor's and staff here are absolutely excellent. They do so much to make sure you're in the right glasses/contacts. The first prescription I did felt good at the store but once I got out and about with the trials I found it wasn't quite right. They got me back in and did the tests again, adjusting the prescription a bit and now it's absolutely perfect. I got multiple trials because I wasn't sure if I wanted dailies/weekly etc because I have some problems when playing hockey(seem to dry out with monthly). Not only did they supply everything, they also broke down pricing for each option by 3 month, 6 month and year, including any rebates available from the manufacturer.

Went here today after purchasing my VSP insurance. Recently diagnosed with "aging eyes". Went to America's Worst, and got substandard glasses. It was all I could afford. Researched lenses heavily before going here. Purchased my insurance plan, and lo and behold, Triad Eye was in-network and a premium provider. Took my existing prescription to them, and they had me in and out of there in 30 mins. $1000 pair of glasses with top of the line progressive lenses, for $134. Service was fantastic, and they really care about you personally, instead of just being another "customer". Gotta love it. Highly reocmmend.

We love Triad Eye Associates. Dr. Gilliam just retired but he has been wonderful all these years. Dr. Fulp is also amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

My eye doctor retired so I decided to move to a practice closer to my home. I was very pleased with Triad - from checking in to checking out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Fulp took time and explained what I needed to do to keep my good vision. I especially liked how clear the bill was and what I paid and what the insurance would pay. They did not try to sell me something I didn't want. I got my new glasses within a week and a half and no complaints. I see much better! I would recommend TriadEye Associates.

Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable, from the receptionists to the technicians and doctors. I brought my mom to her appointment recently and was so impressed by the High Point office that I checked on the way out to see if they took my insurance. They do, and I called later to make an appointment for myself!
