David here, I booked an appointment a day ago. I was asking about the promotion, the staff members kept asking about my insurance. after not honoring the promotion, They proceeded to tell me, they would not change it, Because it was a corporate policy but the corporate promotion was favorably priced. From marketing standpoint by honoring what the corporate office intended for discount, it would bring more traffic to the location. I felt as though their gender was a take as much money and I felt Duke. The promotion says 199 for examine glasses

I recently visited myeyedr at 3911 Fountain Grove Dr. in High Point, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Mazzarella was incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable with the care I was receiving. A special shoutout goes to Jisell, who was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care--the combination of Dr. Mazzarella's professionalism and Jisell's friendly, helpful service made my visit outstanding!

I had a very good experience with this doctor's office. Check-in on line made this quick and easy, and the exam was great. Dr. Lindsay, is an amazing optometrist and has a genuine care for his customers. Picking out my frames was a fun experience and the ladies there were there to assist every step of the way. Glad I found this office.

Dr Lindsey is such a gem! He is always so thorough and kind. Jenil helped me a lot getting my glasses this time, I can't wait to pick them up!

Our experience today was a very good one: the staff were professional & knowledgeable. My doctor was J. Lindsay: I appreciated his candor and his no-nonsense approach to the assessment of my vision. Our main rep on the retail floor was Yudi who took very good care of us; she was genuine and patient. Her personality is rare in that she struck an excellent balance of being both competent and "real" in the way she carried herself and spoke to us. Also: my old glasses had broken-down nosepieces -- Yudi hooked me up with brand-spankong new ones so the next two weeks (while we wait for the new glasses to arrive) are not hellish for me. Bravo!

Jisell was absolutely amazing! She helped me find frames that matched my face and she was very patient with me. She made the experience awesome!
