I had problems focusing, and after dilation Was seeing a little bit of a double image on everything. The doctor's bedside manner was lacking, and he got frustrated about the difficulty in finding my prescription, and was a bit accusatory. The upfront receptionist who answers the phones is also quite rude and does not have good customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Perez is great and not the reason for the low review. I was super sad to leave Progressive because of how great the doctor is. However, their scheduling coordinator is not friendly or helpful. Due to them not being able to fit my son in for his eye exam for three months, he ran out of contacts and their system would not let me order more. I called to get an emergency box; she was adamant that there was nothing they could do, and it was my fault or error. I am a mom who looks out for her kids so I cannot continue to bring my son here. I called another office that day and they fit him in that week, gave us two boxes and then placed his order the following day.

I have visited several optometrists over the years, having lived in many locations. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Perez tops my list. He is very personable and caring and takes the time to listen to my concerns or questions and offer advice. I feel that my eyes are in the best of care with him. His staff is also excellent. They always make me feel comfortable and valued. I would highly recommend Dr. Perez and the Progressive Vision Group to anyone!! It's a privilege to offer this review.

Dr. Perez and the staff at Progressive Vision are the best. I had noticed cloudy vision in my right eye and had gone to another doctor (I'll call him Dr. D) to have it checked. I told him about the cloudiness and Dr. D pretty much ignored me and never even addressed it. I went for another month or so and called Progressive. They got me in quick and Dr. Perez immediately identified a cataract. I had surgery and everything went perfectly. The follow up was superb. I love the caring nature of everyone in the group. Big ups to the good folks Progressive Vision! Love you guys.

Dr. Perez knows what he is doing and is a good doctor. However, his staff is incompetent, have no clue how to do their job and very frustrating dealing with them. They do not return phone calls quickly (takes 2 days +), they never know the answer to simple questions when you call in, and are not very helpful. Due to the staff alone, I do not recommend using this office.

You will not find a better Optometrist's in the triad area. They are very thorough in their eye exams & take time to go over everything with you in a manner that is easy to understand to the average person as well as just having a very friendly manner like they have known you for years while also being professional at the same time. Just a great experience all around and a very comfortable and inviting environment. Absolutely highly recommend them and everyone who I've sent to them just loved them.
