Dr Garces and Dr Lee are great doctors. They listen to our concerns and take time to address them. They explain everything in a way we can easily understand. All the staff are great but Jill is the best for help with picking out glasses and knowing what we need and looks great.

Dr. Garces is the absolute best optometrist! Her knowledge and kindness are unmatched, and she is the primary reason I keep coming back. Davis Vision Insurance offers deep discounts on eyeglasses, which is a bonus. My husband said he will start using the facility if she accepts him as a new patient. The staff is warm and professional, too.

I've been going to the Holly Springs MyEyeDr at Grand Hill Place for about five years now, and I make it a point to return to this specific location each year. The main reason is Jill -- she's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always ensures you receive the best customer service possible. She takes the time to guide you through the frame selection process, at your pace, considering both your style preferences and budget. I am so happy to have her input and I have always been very pleased with my final selections. Jill's customer service goes beyond this, enhanced by her deep knowledge. When I experienced two prescription changes this year, she helped educate me and created a plan for how to best manage the transitions. She understood exactly what I was experiencing and I believe, thanks to her insight, I ended up with a better lens correction.

Dr Lee is amazing. He did not rush through my exam. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Definitely recommend him & his office. His staff was so helpful with my frames & explained my benefits & rebates without me asking. GREAT JOB to the staff at MyEyeDr in Holly Springs, NC!

MyEyeDr in HS is the exact reason why patients are uneasy about eye care. It is obvious that patient first and do know harm mentality is not observed at this facility. I have been a loyal customer for years. I had an appointment scheduled, was traveling abroad, showed up to my appointment and they (the computer) automatically canceled. When asked if I could extend my prescription because I had no contacts left until my next appointment, they told me no because I didn't purchase the "yearly subscription" at my last appointment. When I indicated I would not be able to see they told me it was policy. The next appointment would be in a month. Therefore, i would not be able to drive, etc. Bottom line- I showed up to my appointment then they were unable to accommodate my subscription extended even though they canceled my appointment. Stay away!

Doctor was super nice but he lower my prescription which I was fine with until I started using my contacts. I went in and talk to the manager today asking if I could sample my old prescription in contacts. She told me she would have to ask my doctor but he only works one day a week. I ask if another doctor could just look at it and let me try the sample and they said absolutely not. This is why I hate chains. We are simply treated like a number. I bought contacts through you.. and was there a month ago. I don't understand why I have to wait 3 weeks for my appointment to be on a prescription I was already on.

Dr Garces was extremely thorough and patient with me. I got, hands down, the best prescription I've ever had in the 45 years I've been wearing corrective lenses. Thank you so much!!
