Phillip Vito

We have been going to Dr. Vito for over a decade. He is great and we have always felt good about the care we get from him. However, the last several times their front office staff has been rude to me and my family. We have had to stand there without anyone acknowledging us and overall condescending attitude to customer service. They haven't answered the phone and/or don't call back. I thought it was a one off situation but my wife was just there and mentioned the same. They used to have a friendly staff. Not sure what has changed but after a decade of our family being patients of Dr. Vito we will be going elsewhere to have a more comfortable environment when we come to the office for care.

Good Dr., been going for years. Front office is rude and off putting. Good luck getting an emergency appt., even with a detachment! Other Drs in town will see you. His office will not see emergencies (even if you are a patient). Unfortunately needed to leave office, as a long time patient can't get in for emergency and/or normal appt. (For months) (Not acceptable)

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Dr.Vito and his staff were wonderful. They took their time, listened to my questions and concerns. They were all very attentive to my needs and made sure I left a happy customer. Thanks to Dr. Vito and his staff, I am very pleased with my glasses. I will be back next year.
