I had an urgent eye issue and the office got me in almost immediately. From the moment I called, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. The appointment was efficient without feeling rushed, and the doctor conducted a very thorough exam that addressed all of my concerns. I left with clear answers, a prescription, and most importantly real peace of mind. The entire experience was seamless and reassuring. I'm very grateful for their prompt attention and highly recommend this practice to anyone needing timely, high-quality eye care.

The entire staff was awesome, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and Dr. Whiteside! Went to her, after having has a terrible experience with another eye doctor. The other doctor got two prescriptions wrong, and was told I had the beginning of cataract. Truly thought I was going blind, because I couldn't see ANYTHING clearly! Dr. Whiteside, did a great examination, and saw that I had I had stage 2 cataract on both eyes, and told me, that was why I couldn't see clearly! I broke down, and she asked me if I was crying because of the diagnosis, I told her no, it's because I finally knew why I wasn't able to see clear, and that the other doctor I had seen, got it wrong twice! I am thrilled beyond belief, that she told me what was wrong! I see her husband in two weeks, to discuss the next process, knowing that I will probably have surgery! I'm ok with that, so long as I can see clearly, I'm going to follow up with him!! It's a beautiful facility, and they're glasses, are stunning! What a beautiful selection of frames, I have never seen so many beautiful glass frames! Excited for my next visit, and I'm grateful I'm not going blind, like I thought! I've gone through an ordeal, but glad I wasn't nuts, to say the least! Thank you for this wonderful team!! I am so grateful!! Sara Naso

Saw the DR for eye exam. It was uneventful and pleasant. Waited 20 + minutes to see Misty for frame selection. She was wonderful and gave me many options. I was not happy about the wait but she made it worth while. I have not received my new glasses yet, but I am confident they will be great.

My experience working the glasses department was wonderful. The technician was wonderful. I am horrible with names, but I believe her name is Misty. She is always pleasant, goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your selection and fit.

I was there to receive my annual diabetic exam. All the staff were kind and explained the process. Dr. Whiteside was extremely professional. She examined my eyes and encouraged me to continue to work on keeping my diabetes controlled to prevent any complications. Thankful for another year of healthy eyes as a 31 year Type 1 diabetic
