Dr Beaupre is great! Laura at the Huntersville office is a joy and really friendly. The two ladies at the front desk in Huntersville are clearly not the people that should be the face of this company. They seem genuinely annoyed with checking clients in. They never smile. Put someone in that job that has some personality and is friendly.

Dr. Biber is wonderful! He and his staff are so personable and upbeat. I felt assured and all questions answered prior to my cataract surgeries. My surgeries went very well and my vision is great!! Thank you Dr. Biber and staff I'm so grateful for always receiving excellent care! Hugs to you all, Suzette

I have been pleased with the providers at Horizon Eye Care and would give them 5 Stars. I am giving a 1 Star to the office staff. My husband and I have had nothing but problems this year with the office staff, scheduling, and billing. My husband had an appointment earlier in the year (he had this appointment for 7 months) and the day prior to his appointment he received a call cancelling his appointment. I can't remember what the reason was, however, the next earliest appointment he could get was several months later. Very disappointing, to say the least. There was another problem with his appointment in July and the next earliest appointment was December 12th. He received a call today, Dec 11th to say our insurance company informed them he had used his benefit for this year already. He absolutely has not had a vision appointment in 2025. I have been on the phone off and on all day today trying to figure out what was going on. When I got home and was able to look at our records, I realized that Horizon Eye Care had submitted a claim under my husbands name for an appointment I had back in February. So of course our insurance company would say he wasn't eligible. I am so furious because I was unable to talk to anyone in management at Horizon Eye Care. Is all the appointment scheduler could tell me was that my husband had not been seen in 2025 by any of their doctors. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional not to mention a lack of attention to detail on the part of their office staff. We pay for vision insurance and expect to be able to use our benefits. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.

Dr Beaupre and his staff are consistently kind, professional and compassionate. I had a new-to-me procedure done and was informed at every step what was happening which helped keep my anxiety at bay. Highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

Horizons Eye Care is a great place. The staff are all great. They all know exactly what they're doing. Dr. Bell is a great doctor. She can diagnose and treat and make you feel very important while she is doing it.

Office staff very nice. Horizon books more patients than they can keep on schedule. Doctors do take extra time with patients. Dr. Syracuse is more than and eye doctor, he's a friend!

My visit with Dr Beaupre was just what I needed, my eye exam was gentle & detailed . Eye drops ordered . Follow-up appointment given .A perfect visit as always. Thanks team., see all of you next time.

Front desk staff and the doctor's assistants are friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Syracuse takes time not just to conduct the exam but to fully discuss the exam results, your eye medical symptoms and what treatments to do. I would prefer giving more than five stars to Dr. Syracuse and Horizon Eye, they are outstanding!
