Lakeside Eye Associates

We loved our visit at Lakeside today. The front desk receptionist (can't remember her name but she has funky, very cool glasses) was an absolute delight. She was so welcoming and friendly. Savannah was AMAZING. Very kind and patient. Dr. Salazar was great. My only negative is the optician who helped us pick out glasses for my daughter was just very unpleasant. She wasn't rude or anything but she does not seem to be very patient friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely visit.

I've been going to Lakeside Eye Care for several years now. The front office staff is friendly and so welcoming every time I come in. My exams always go smoothly and on time. The doctors are also personable and friendly and I've never had a bad experience with them. I am a little disappointed in the optical shop. While the staff is friendly, it takes them a few days to return calls. The last experience i had was a 3 day turn around for a call back. I ended up going in before they even called me back. The last time I picked up my glasses I felt somewhat rushed. It was clear that my glasses were lopsided at the ear piece likely form the lens technician bending my glasses to pop out my old lens to place the new ones in that I ordered. I was given the explanation that it was because one of my ears was higher than the other. Sorry, but that just wasn't the case and was surprised that was even used as an excuse. I realize this is certainly possible but it was such a significant, lopsided, difference. I felt like the person just didn't want to take the time to adjust the glasses in order to save time and get me out of there. Needless to say I disagreed and the adjustments were made and everything was all good. Hopefully next time they will allow the patient to try the glasses on and make the call whether or not it feels normal to them instead of making the call for them that it's normal when it may not be for that specific patient. All in all I do recommend for eye care services!

It was our first visit, and the staff was amazing from start to finish. From the front office to the Optical department, everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring. Trish and Dr. Bradford were wonderful and took the time to educate us on proper contact lens care. The front desk staff person was also a joy and kept us laughing. We felt like family and made this our one-stop shop for all our eye care needs. Highly recommend!

I always have the best experience at Lakeside Eye Assoc. been coming here 7 years now and everyone is always so kind, friendly and makes you feel like family. Dr.Bradford are Dr.Salazar that i usually get are such nice doctors. After the exam, Megan will really get you hooked up with your Rx, or picking out a great pair of glasses. She rocks! I actually enjoy coming here. The office is very clean, comfortable and cozy and it's always in and out in a jiffy, and They always exceed my expectations.

It was a great experience. Everyone is so pleasant. Heather the Office Manager is wonderful. Dr. Salzaar was very nice and took her time with you. Megan helped me pick out glasses she took her time and made sure they were the ones I wanted.

and my family have been coming here for years for our yearly exams and glasses. From Dr. Salazar and the assistants, you are well taken care of. My doctor's assistant, Mariah, specifically, was so wonderful and personable. She went above and beyond caring for me and ensuring my experience was enjoyable and meaningful, which is hard to come by. I will continue recommending Lakeside Eye Associates to my friends and family!

I am a new patient and this was my first visit. Dr. Bradford was very knowledgeable and informed me of other options I did not know about which was good information! After my exam, Megan helped me pick out some new frames. She went above and beyond to ensure I got plenty of options and color options. I found frames I liked but was unsure of the color. Megan was able to find a different color online for me. She's the best! Highly recommend Lakeside!

Amazing experience. Dr. Salazar is so very knowledgeable and friendly. Darryl is an amazing optician. I don't even bother looking for frames. He just looks at me and knows what looks great on me. This is definitely the best place to get an eye exam. They're so thorough and everyone is so nice and patient. I've been coming here for over 6 years and they never disappoint!!!!!
