This was our first visit to Premier Family Eye Care since moving to Indian Trail. What a wonderful experience! The registration process was all on-online and easy to do. When arriving at the office, it was a simple check-in and we were seen almost immediately. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and using the latest technology. So nice to have a thorough eye exam and not have to get your eyes dialated - plus its so much faster! I'd highly recommend checking out Premier Family Eye Care! Great staff and good selection of eyewear as well!

The doctor was very thorough. She provided instructions on how to effectively clean the contact lenses and showed my son the Pictures that they took of the inside of his eye and explained to him everything that she was looking at. We've been going to Premiere Eye Care for three years now, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. I have two young children, now ages 7 and 11, and my youngest has a speech delay, so at the beginningI was concerned about how he would handle a full eye exam. From the front-end staff to the doctors, everyone at Premiere has been absolutely wonderful.
They are professional, patient, and very flexible with scheduling. The doctors never rush through exams, take the time to answer all questions, and are truly amazing with kids. We've never had a single issue, and every visit has been a positive experience.

When midwestern hospitality and remarkable expertise and professionalism come together, it's a breath of fresh air. I have never been to see a doctor in any discipline that was as incredibly patient centered, thorough and kind as Dr. Young. I have a myriad of complex issues that were addressed thoroughly by Dr. Young and her incredible staff. I then was assisted with buying my first pair of glasses. My son and I both within 48 hours had an experience that I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is an excellent office for eye exams and all eye-care needs. The staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, which makes the entire experience comfortable and welcoming. The eye exam itself is very thorough and in-depth, and you can tell they take the time to ensure nothing is overlooked.
The only area where I would give lower marks is the selection of available frames, which felt somewhat limited compared to other offices. That said, this is a relatively minor drawback given the high quality of care provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a team that truly knows what they're doing.

Dr. Mack and his crew were amazing. I brought my daughter in to get her eyes checked and everyone was so sweet. She needed new glasses and SJ and Misty went above and beyond, sat with her and walked her through styles and fit. Dr. Mack took time to listen and really walk us through our next steps in our vision journey. Also wanted to give a little shot out to Misty, Britney and the rest of the staff.
