All of the staff is SUPER friendly. I couldn't help but notice the amazing teamwork amongst the techs. They were all observing on what they could do to help each other and did it with a smile on their faces!! Although it was clearly a busy day for them, they didn't make me feel rushed or like a burden while trying on my new contacts. I work in healthcare myself and I know first hand what it's like to work with individuals who don't care about their jobs, but this team definitely cares!

A year ago... the staff and their services were great. But today, we had to walk away because the staff told us that they tried to call us in January from an old number that I made sure I updated when we were making this supposedly scheduled appointment today. Very disappointing when staff reason out that way and tell you to reschedule you sometime in October... after almost a year of waiting... the best they can offer is another almost a year of waiting... goodbye eye care center. Maybe try harder to care more.

The doctors were nice, but they need to get it together with this system update, we haven't be able to pay for our appointment, they can help us with our referral that they set up, they can't even pull up the number to another doctor, when they've told us before that it is an EMERGENCY that she needs to be see. "We can't do it because of our system" is an unacceptable answer when your talking about someone's health.
If yall can't do your job proper
properly shut the office down till you figure it out

-can't manage their own appointments
- can't manage their referrals
- can't contact or find other doctors numbers
I guess they atleast checked her eyes but that only seems like half a job done.
