Family Eye Care

My husband left eye was blood red so I called them around 4:15 pm and they took him in the first thing the next morning. The staff and Doctor made our visit very enjoyable and were very friendly. This was our first time going there and we will be using Dr. Butler for my husband's yearly exam. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you guys.

Family Eye Care*** is the best in town. I book my yearly appointments with them and if I have any problems in between they get me right in I love them. The Front Desk is very polite and welcoming. Thank you for taking care of me and my family. God bless.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Butler for over ten years. I hate writing these reviews but would feel guilty if I didn't say he's the best eye doc I've ever seen. He's an optometrist but I'd rather see him than any of the ophthalmologist I've seen in the past. He's a very good diagnostician and is quick to make appropriate referrals when procedures or services required are beyond his scope of practice. He's a very nice, compassionate, affable person. Most or all of his staff have worked in the practice for years and are as competent as he his in their own responsibilities. Great practice.

Dr. Butler and his wonderful staff were so accommodating when I suddenly developed an allergic reaction to something after I had just finished my cataract surgery process. They worked me in immediately and did a very thorough exam. They were very reassuring and prescribed eye drops that relieved my symptoms quickly.

My son Nathaniel , age 7, had an amazing experience there today! My son has a corneal abrasion and was super nervous thanks to a not-so-nice experience at the ER yesterday, and the eye doctor we had was super goofy and made my son feel comfortable with giggles, jokes, a "magic trick", and a casual convo about our fish! :) it was a very pleasant experience, 10000/10 would recommend!!

Worst customer service ever. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. They don't return phone calls. If you happen to get through, your on hold for 10 min or more. Then if someone does come on the line, again your put on hold until eventually the voicemail comes on to leave a message. Its like they could care less to ever speak to A human person. I have been around for many years and I have never dealt with the disrespect given by Family Eye Care. I don't even know why care is in their name because that is one thing they don't do, is care!

The staff was very professional and nice Dr. Butler explained to me in depth about what was going on with my eyes and has offered to take care of my after care, After surgery, he's very honest with me about my D. M. V test and I really like him. Hopefully, because of Dr. Butler, my eyes will get better now. Thank you

From the moment I walked in to Family Eye Care to the time I left it was a pleasure. The ladies who checked me in were welcoming. The tech who did my testing was professional. Dr. Butler took his time during the examination and explained what was and wasn't going on with my eyes. I would recommend Dr. Butler and Family Eye Care to anyone needing an eye doctor!
