Coming here was a great decision for me. All the staff that I encountered was welcoming and greeted me with a smile. Dr Ergas was attentive and knowledgeable. He gave me all the options but told me which one he thought was the best decision for my condition and optimally left it up to me to decide. I had great before and after care.

Love Dr Carol she was clear in explaining patient in answering my question. I felt she would be able to do a great job and she did my eyes are so much better. I only have one set of eyes, and I'm grateful she made them a priority to give the best service. I would go back to her if needed and I would recommend her to both family and friends she is great and the office is nice.

Be prepared to wait a long time! They schedule about 10-15 people all at the same time! Everyone is stuck in the freezing lobby! After that you may wait in a second lobby, and following your appointment wait again in the lobby to check out. I was there 3 hours. Also I was told the appointment would be one price. However if you need a contact prescription its $200 more. So $300 dollars in total! No one that pays out if pocket can afford that. Overall a very dissapointing visit.

Customer relations is not in their vocabulary. No problem, I hung up from this unprofessionalism and called another Eye doctor who did not beat around the bush, did not joke in a disrespectful manner, was not patronizing and immediately scheduled me directly. Definitely a difference in getting the job completed vice being unprofessional and not knowing what good customer relations are. Onslow Opthalmology good riddance!

The wait time at this facility is beyond long. Make sure you pack your patience. They have a sign that states they are short staffed and the wait time may be long but, that sign is always up. They need to hire some more help because this is a chronic issue The doctors are great once you get taken.

I went there a year ago and was treated horribly as were others. This is not a place to go if you want to be cared for and not looked at as a way to keep the doors open. They are rude especially Gabby in optical. I do not recommend and I found out the results were wrong on everything after I decided to see a different eye doctor a month later.

I just watched their front staff lie to a patron about his scheduled time and talk behind his back about it when he sat down. He proceeded to ask about his appointment 30 minutes after it was supposed to begin (and after they had told him he was next) and was told that his appointment was a work in, and he wouldn't actually be seen. I don't recommend them, they have proven themselves to be negligent at worst and uninterested in helping new patients at best.
