If you are looking for an eye doctor that CARES, and truly listens to your concerns this location is the place for you! Additionally, their ENTIRE staff is so friendly and welcoming to anyone who walks through their doors! I have been wearing glasses since I was a young girl, and never have I ever seen such exceptional customer service at an eye doctor. They also always have some sort of deals going on for glasses. They have turned into my forever eye doctor and I look forward to visiting them for my next check up!

Zero Stars an option? Make sure you confirm your appointment, making an appointment isn't confirmation enough. On top of that, if you confirm it too late they will also cancel your appointment, 30 hours prior isn't enough. Miss their call, because you have a job? Make sure you immediately leave work, take lunch, a break something and call them back because they will cancel your appointment, and then tell your 15 year old daughter "maybe their dad should change their number to one they will answer". Keep in mind, they wont inform you of this until you show up, at which point they will let you know, too bad, should of "confirmed". We had two appointments booked back-to-back for over a month, wouldn't honor either and were extremely rude over the whole situation. Far better options out there that value customer service.

I rarely do online reviews but Dr. Kalac really helped me! My vision exams in the past 4 or 5 years did not go well, and I had been wearing the same old lenses in newer frames because the doctors couldn't get my prescription right. During my exam, Dr. Kalac put me in contacts that actually made me able to see on first try! (We actually high-fived because of my excitement!) And when I picked up my glasses (I did order from a different company) the progressive prescription was perfect! I am so grateful! Her exam was very thorough, not rushed, and she listened to mine and my husband's concerns and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kalac!

Such a wonderful experience here! Lisa took great care of me two days in a row for my first time contacts appointment and my annual check up. Everyone was so kind from the front desk to the doctor to the office manager. They were extremely transparent with insurance and costs of everything and very understanding towards my decisions. I look forward to returning with any future eye concerns or just my annual check up.

Was harassed weekly to make an appointment with automated messages. finally made an appointment and the Dr never showed. Sat in the office 40 minutes before I was seen for preliminary stuff. After an hour elapsed I got tired of waiting in an empty room and then left. I imagine if I didn't show up to an appointment i would be charged a fee, but the doctor doing it is no big deal I guess. The nurse mentioned I was double booked but if that was the case, I should have been contacted to correct it, not shoved in a full schedule and made to wait, not everyone can take multiple hours for their appointments. Everyone that works here is pleasant enough but nice doesnt get my time back. Lastly, I'm leaving a review because there is no way to email the office and they don't seem to have time for the phone. EDIT- was contacted and offered credit, will not be returning for now but they will try to correct it.

I was supposed to have an eye exam a little while back and decided not to go due to the following. When the provider or receptionist tried calling me early morning, I was left a voicemail that said "ugh so annoying" along with two other rude messages. Not only that, when I was on the phone and was able to call due to me being at work, the receptionist sounded very rude, and condensing. I work in healthcare for 5+ years, and I've done receptionist work for about a year or so and never have I ever left a voicemail like that no matter what time of day it is and no matter how annoying becomes when you can't get ahold of patients..as people have jobs. Never showed for my appointment because I'll be damned if I was given rushed treatment due to being the "ugh so annoying" patient. Do better.

Everyone was so nice! This was my first eye exam and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and the lady that helped me pick out my cute new glasses made me feel very comfortable and informed. They answered every question I had. They were overall just so sweet and a helpful staff. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the lady Doctor Kalac. She was super nice and explained everything she did and did not rush through. I enjoyed my visit and all was 100% good and looking forward to seeing them again. I ordered contacts and glasses today
