Sam's Club Optical Center

I went in to order new sunglass lenses into a pair of glasses I purchased a couple of years ago. Kay, who was there filling in, waited on me. She was so extremely helpful. Very patient and nice. Was a very pleasant experience.

I have been wearing glasses for more than 50 years, I had never been treated with such despotism, and even Mr. Rick A. Lemley OD, raise your tone of voice towards me, I chose to go out in the middle of the consultation, keeping my calm so as not to react. I hope that no person goes trough this unpleasant experience. And the company chooses its employees better.

Dr. Lemley and his assistant were great! Dr. Lemley was extremely patient and explained everything. The assistant was super friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend!

Cannot ask for better customer service. Always have great prices over other places. We have been buying glasses from here for many years. Just the optical is worth the price of a membership. Jerry has to be one of the most helpful people you will ever meet. He is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Recently my new glasses were damaged and I went by to see Jerry. I've been dealing with Jerry there for many years. He is gifted at the work he does. My glasses are great again and there was no additional charge. I purchase all my glasses there and the staff are all nice folks. Steve

Would not recommend. Wasted my money on a contact lens / eyeglasses appt. The doctor had me come back 6 times, and was not able to get my prescription right. It just seemed like it was never going to end. He gave me a prescription for eyeglasses, and kept testing for contact lenses since they were consistently not working. I asked if the glasses prescription was still good every time I visited, and he insisted that it was still fine and that contact lenses were a completely different type of prescription. After asking every time I went back for a new contact lens check, and he finally gave in and rechecked my glasses prescription, which ended up being WRONG. He insisted that my eyes changed over the two month period of time, but the prescriptions were very different. When I went to purchase glasses with the prescription, the optical center told me that they didn't have any glasses that fit my head and that I would need to go to Northlake Optical. I cant use this prescription anywhere else because I don't believe that it will work, as the doctor has instilled no confidence in his services. I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy, however, I will say that the doctors assistant is very pleasant and has great customer service.

The doctor, his assistant, and all the optical staff do a great job. I get all my glasses and contacts through them. Also if you are a Sam's Club Plus member you get a percentage off your glasses.

STAFF EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT!!! I WAS A Difficult Prescription (Multifocal contact lenses)!! AND THEY WERE FABULOUS!!! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND To HELP ME SEE CLEARLY!!! YAY !!
