When I came to the vision center I had just left from another eye place, which had my glasses all wrong and insulted me. As soon as I met Michele my frustration was better ,she agreed with me that my glasses were all wrong, she even marked them for me to take back to the other eye center, I decided to get glasses with Michele. And she was so helpful and experienced. She also helped me pick out a perfect pair of frames, and was honest that they were for me, I trust her completely and will not go anywhere but there !, by the time I left I was not upset anymore, thank you so much, You are the best

The doctor and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked Dr. Rex . Sadly, this is another one time small business that's been bought up by a corporation who is going to milk it and suck it dry. When I was there, their computers were down because they were trying a new system. I guess this stuff is normal, but it's what you expect when you see this type of consolidation.

Canceled multiple times. Can't even get an appointment horrible customer support. When they canceled the first time. Didn't even call I showed up. Booked again waited 2 months. Canceled morning of again. Very rude both about it both times.

I have been a patient for over 15+ years with Eyecare Center. Chris, the office manager, at this location was super rude and sarcastic with me today when calling in about my contacts. Rather than addressing my concern, he chose to laugh at my frustration over the phone and stated, "Well, I am the office manager at this location." As a professional and "leader" of this organization, I am extremely disappointed in the behavior displayed today. As a healthcare professional myself, I am very concerned that patients are not put first and are laughed at in their time of need. I will NOT be back.

Been going for YEARS. June-exam. July started having blurred vision both eyes. Dr Freeman didn't know what the problem was but gave me antibiotic. 10 days $35 deductible. No change. Dr Mehta saw me & prescribed eye drops. Still have no clue and another $35 charge. She said I had Cataracts but shouldnt cause blurred vision. 7 days again she saw me.$35! No clue! Sent me to Summit eye care. Took 2 months. CATARACTS. If an optometrist can not tell you thats what is causing your blurred vision need to go back to school. Changing drs!

My exam with Dr Freeman was so very thorough and the initial eye tests were explained by nurse. Our ins. Pays for 1 exam per yr and free glasses. Attendant in optical dept said we only had $50 off on a pair whi was incorrect. I called Eye vision when in car and was told 1free pair per yr with exam. I left and got glasses elsewhere.
