Arrived on time for appointment and i was taken in a very short time to pre- eye exam --Eye Exam was really good- Dr? Mr. Nobles is always very informative and patient
during the process
Lens prescription was quickly printed out and payment was fast- Very friendly and efficient staff - Prices very good - Only thought I had was that there was not a large selection of frames - although I was able to find ONE!

Even being late, they were gracious enough to still assist me. I was very anxious to do the puff of air and have been for over 20 years. I was hoping to have gotten over it, but I did not unfortunately. The gentleman assisting me was very patient and understanding, and I'm so appreciative of him for this. The doctor was very kind and clearly great at what he does. The third person I interacted with was to pick out frames, and he was kind and helpful as well. The whole process was swift and friendly. Even though I was late and close to being their last appointment of the day, I never felt rushed or like they were in a hurry to "just be done". This location is 30 minutes away from me and passes other locations, however I would prefer making the drive to this location instead. The location itself is fine, but the staff are exceptional. No issues, only solutions with these guys!

I visited the location in kernersville nc on south main st. The person's that were suppose to help customers were the WORST!!!!! I think that they should be fired or placed in the stock room. I would NEVER. Recommend anyone to use this store for your eye care Don't waste your hard working money to keep this store open
