My experience was excellent! The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Also, the receptionist who greeted me and checked me in was very inviting and made me feel welcomed as soon as I entered the office. I would highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs. I will be a customer for life due to the outstanding customer service provided by the ladies that work in this office. 5 star service!!!

My appointment wasnt put in correctly from the glasses center but the ladies took my son in with no hesitation. Dr.Amanda was so amazing with him and super patent. I didnt get the other ladies name but she helps the dr. and there was only 2 there but she was so helpful and kind. Would recommend 10000% Poor ladies seem like they deal with alot of issues from the glasses center staff.

The dr was behind so yes, she got us in and out. But she didnt tell me the dilation would mess up my vision for hours. I had to miss work due to it. If someone had told me, I wouldnt have done it.
Upon finding out that I missed where I was told, I changed my review. It was a pleasant experience.

As far as the Dr. she was great could not ask for better. As far as the opticians, they did not listen to me, would not accommodate my needs, stressed me out so bad I left. Went straight across the street and these people not only listened, gave me want I needed but was nice, friendly and accommodating. I will go back to see the Dr but will never get glasses from them ever again and will recommend others not go there as well. I have been going there for many years.
