Dr. Walker is a wonderful doctor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff are very nice also especially Tonya. She so smart and helpful I can't say enough good things about her. Or Dr. Walker. I'm so glad I choose this practice to go to.

Everyone was super nice! Love the doctor, she explained everything very well. The lady who helped me pick out my frames I think her name is Christina, was wonderful. Not only did she help me decide on my two frames but she also noticed that my current glasses were a little loose so she took them tighten them adjusted them so they were a little bit more even without me even asking. She's fantastic.

Dr Culler is great. My problem with this office is the billing dept. Every time my daughter goes, it takes me months to get her bill corrected. Today she was overcharged $237.50. The insurance allows $375 for contacts. They estimated only $127.50 for the insurance. Their billing dept stated that this is their practice, and I would be refunded the difference in 90 days. This office has the insurance card with the provider line number on the back to call and verify coverage. Either not verifying is deliberate or just laziness. Last year, two different representatives at my insurance company told me that this office routinely does this and it is fraud. Beware unless you want to give this office a temporary interest free loan every time you get glasses or contacts. Now my HSA funds are gone until the refund finally comes through.

I normally don't leave reviews but this is the second request to leave a review. The staff there is fantastic however the policy of charging a customer $95.00 for a contact consultation that took 39 seconds is not the right thing to do. It is making me now probably look for another place for me to do my eye care business. It would be great if someone wants to reach out to me to try and save this relationship. Thank you.

Tried to cancel my order on the glasses I ordered the day before , I left their office at 3:39 . I sent an email that night and then called leaving 2 messages . Turns out they only cancel within ONE HOUR after order is placed , yet glasses won't be in for 2 weeks . I tried to explain would be better to call the company . WELL not their policy ! So now I have to wait till they come in (2 weeks) Then pay a 45.00 restock charge . The attitude was the worst I've had to deal with since moving here from Reno Nevada . I would have expected that from there , but here , not . At this point I'm forced to play their game , so be it . In the end I'll end up with 3 pairs of full boat glasses with all the good stuff for what they were charging me for one plastic lens pair . They say I was rude ( true I'm no Saint) , they were no different including hanging up on me . I say just as well and good bye !

After my exam last year they made me an appointment for this year. Two weeks before the appointment I got text to confirm that appointment and I did. My appointment is on Monday, on Firday I get a call that my time slot is no longer available because the doctor changed hours. I would have been OK with this if they had contacted me sooner. When I ask about it I was told when that happens they do not check for conflicts until the day before!! The only thing they did was offer to make me an appointment in a few months!
I definitely do not recommend Eye Care Center of King. They do not value their patients!
