I saw Dr Blackman for sudden onset of floaters. I was immediately put at ease by his staff before the appointment and during my new patient. All the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Blackman is very personable and knowledgeable. I have never had a doctor run such a comprehensive exam. He was informative and kind. He answered all my questions and helped alleviate my fears. Had such an amazing experience! My previous optometrist retired and I was on my last pair of contacts. Dr.Jacob Blackman was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me realize I was given too much prescription on my contacts and glasses. This new prescription feels so comfortable and I am no longer straining my eyes. My husband was having issues with his eye. I called Triad Eye Associates and they were able to see him same day. Allison and Julia were absolutely wonderful from check in to check out.
