My wife goes here but this was my first appointment. My first impression was that they seemed to be well organized and had a nice setup. It was easy to fill out basic forms online ahead of time so I didn't have to wait forever and fill out forms on a clipboard in the waiting room which was really nice. The staff was really nice and proficient as we went from room to room for various eye tests. I never had to wait very long for the next person in line. They were very knowledgeable and have a plan to help improve my vision.

I've been taking my mother here for a few years, and each visit has become increasingly frustrating. They constantly recommend additional tests and services (which cost extra) and simply place the forms in front of you to sign without much explanation. Even with vision insurance, my mother spent over $500 on non-covered items -- and still left without glasses. It feels more like a car dealership experience than an eye doctor's office.

Dr. Makitan was phenomenal with her official exam and Victoria was so wonderful with helping us pick out glasses. I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia eye care.
