Absolutely love Tracie! She is very knowledgeable and professional yet personal. This is the second time I have gone in for glasses/sunglasses and every time she helps me choose glasses that are not only stylish but look good for my face. MyEyeDr. should be very proud and appreciative of the level of professionalism and knowledge Tracie displays!!!!

Tracie was absolutely amazing! She worked very hard to get me into the eyeglasses I wanted at a reasonable price. She was very accommodating and had a lot of patience for someone who had a lot of demands. Nothing was too difficult for her to solve! Every business needs a Tracie for success! I absolutely loved her! Shana was amazing as well! She was my technician who helped me through my virtual exam! She saved this appointment for me because I'm not a fan of the virtual appointment at all! Through Shana's patience & perseverance, we got through it together. She had to take several videos up to 4 times for the doctor. The doctor was very straight forward and direct, no warmness! I definitely want an in person appointment going forward! Tracie and Shana were gems! Again, they made a not so great appointment to a happy one at the end! I really appreciate them and look forward to working with them again!

The age of reading eyeglasses has arrived MyEyeDr helped me get my first pair. This will be my second Rx and I came back. This time, I did the virtual option for cost reasons. Logan, Tracie and Shana made the experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. Bonus! I got my new glasses FAST. Keep up the great work!

First time visit and the process was smooth and the exam was detailed. Lindsay, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Tracie helped me find the perfect frames and asked what I liked and found them for me. Overall a great experience!

We love Dr Hayden! We have seen her for years! She is kind and explains things well. Always a joy to see her. Tracie is a rockstar with our daughter! She was so patient while she picked out her frames. She made her laugh and gave her a treat for her birthday. Always a pleasant experience with these two ladies!

I was looking for an eye doctor and decided to give MyEyeDr a try. They were booked out 3mo. for an in-person doctor, and 1 mo. for a virtual appointment. I gave the virtual appointment a try, and it worked great. The technician completed all the test, which took approximately 30-45 mins, and then the doctor reviewed all the test and discussed via video conference. Afterwards, I selected my frames and my glasses came in a week later. If you're looking for a great experience, then I highly recommend that you give MyEyeDr a try!

End of year trying to use my benefits. I was expecting a long day. Shana was great guiding me through to prescription part staying with me and letting me know what to expect. Tracie helped buying my new glasses. She was patient, easygoing, and helped guide me to exactly what made me happy and needed. The paperwork was also quick and easy. Who would have thought it was Dec 23rd at the eye doctor! Loved their Tech!!

Tracie was amazing. I came in because my son broke his glasses and I needed a pair asap. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were in and out with 2 pair for the price of 1!
