Staff was professional, facility was very clean (tho quite busy that day), but the best thing was Dr. Herb Smith. Great bedside manner who took time to answer my questions. They also worked to get me in as quickly as possible due to another appt. Also worth mention was his assistant who was obviously very busy but was getting the job done efficiently with much kindness and composure. They were awesome.

Two out of three bad visits here. And that's 2 too many. The last one I didn't get past the receptionist. I was chastised for showing up 15 minutes before my 7:30 AM appointment. Not allowed to come in and sit in the waiting room because it violated their policy of not opening the doors five minutes before my appointment, which was never communicated to me when they made my appointment.
I was told if I didn't agree with that policy I needed it to bring it up to management.
This place puts their own needs above their patients. I will never return here.

A yearly exam. The technician who performed the initial exam was so very prepared and ran me through the process so smoothly and professionally. Plus she seemed like a very nice and pleasant person. Then Dr Smith took over and he was very sharing with information about my current condition. He spoke to me like one person speaking with another. So comfortably and knowledgeably. I am very thankful for having both of them for my care.
