Swell Vision Center in Leland is hands down phenomenal. From the check in staff to the techs and to the doctors, ALL the staff was very impressive and put the quality of care over quantity and to me that's what was the most important detail to me. The office is exceptionally clean and even have a drinking center from coffee, water, energy drinks, and even alcohol. The professionalism of this office, I would give the highest rating but this review only allows a high score of 5 stars.. But they are definitely exceptionally higher than that. They take time, They listen to you without feeling rushed, They are ALL so polite, In the exam rooms, the staff will play music you like to help with relaxation and the anxiety some people get from going to a doctor AND not just the regular boring office theme music.. The doctor is very warm and made ne feel like we were just friends / family members just sitting around talking. All my questions were answered and the staff was very knowledgeable from the front staff to the back staff and even the lady who helped me trying on the glasses. She recommended glasses that matched very well with my face features.. She took the time giving her opinion /advice also. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the glasses frames and even provided very clear insight on the different types of lens and the options that go with the lens. She explained the insurance coverage with me step by step and what I would be responsible for. I usually dont do reviews with my very very busy life style but just to show how outstanding this office is, I made the time because they definitely deserve the recognition!!!!! I love this place and will continue to use them. This office has just made a life long friend.

I just saw Dr. Scibal for the first time and I am so impressed. As soon as you walk in the office, you feel as if you have known this staff for a very long time. They are so welcoming! Tina was terrific and then Megan and Brie were not only extremely friendly but guided me professionally through the screening process. Dr. Scibal was not only warm and personable but gave me the best exam I remember, explaining every thing he did in great detail. I had always seen optometrists before and was hesitant to change. But, Dr. Scibal was highly recommended by a specialist so I gave him a try. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Dr. Scibal and Swell Eye Care VERY highly. Do yourself a favor and try them!

My 1st visit to Swell was above my expectations. I've seen several Eye Doctors in my life, but never as personal, yet professional. My experience was extraordinary and very comforting that you all had my eyes best interest. Sherri was amazing with explaining all the eyeglass options. She made my decision seamless. I appreciate your staff and the atmosphere that y'all created.

This was my first visit and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff and technician were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scibal was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately I didn't have any interaction with Hiratio as he was having his morning nap.

Everyone excels in their position, while also working as a team to make the visit run smoothly and efficiently. Dr Craig Scibal is awesome. He explains everything so well and takes time for questions and answers. He is willing to teach YOU about YOUR EYES as he proceeds with each test, as each one of us is unique. The office has state -of- the -art equipment. And Horatio, the office dog, will put a soft spot in your heart. His steadfast goodness and friendship are qualities that each of us should strive for. As a new patient of Swell Vision Center I was impressed by their state of the art equipment, professional staff and great service. From the minute I walked in I was able to relax and let the knowledgeable staff take care of everything. The ability to get my prescription and get my new glasses under the same roof saved alot of valuable time.

I was truly impressed with every aspect of my first visit at Swell. From the women at reception to Dr Scibal, his assistant Megan and their pet greeter Horatio, everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The exam was thorough and Dr Scibal took plenty of time to explain all aspects of the health of my eyes which at my senior age is extremely important to me. I have no hesitation in referring others to Swell. They get 5+ stars in my book!!!

They were great. The office is inviting and the staff smiling and friendly. The doc is great. Love is personality and the thoroughness with his care and information. I will keep these providers as my eye docs for as long as they'll have me.
