Don't purchase glasses here! I purchased new lenses and when they put them in my frames, they broke the frames. At the time, they were just joining Atrium and they really couldn't order new frames, so they popped the lenses in another pair of frames so I could have glasses. I tried coming in another time to pick new frames and the person I needed to speak with was on vacation. At that point, I decided to wait until my next appointment to get it resolved only to be told that I only had a year to resolve it. Keep in mind I was in there one day past a year of when I picked up the previous glasses. No deadline was ever given to me on it. In fact, I still have to employee's business card she gave me where she circled her contact info. Nothing written on the card about a deadline. They also didn't bother calling as the deadline approached. The only way I will spend another dime on glasses here is if I have absolutely no other alternative.

Great service and care. Dr Slyman assumed my care after Dr Hawkins relocated. Has been great and optical center worked with me toget a great pair of glasses. Has changed ownership lately. Can not speak to new conditions. I know they now accept fewer eye plans.

Although I have been a patient here for several years, today was my first time seeing Dr Slyman. As usual the entire staff was professional and helpful. Dr Slyman was outstanding! His examination, along with his follow up advice was on point! Professional, caring, and easy to understand. Great doctor!, Great Practice!

I had a great experience at Davidson Eye Associates. I had not had an exam in some time and Dr. Slyman and staff took great care of me! Allie, Piper, and Macie took the time to address my fears and concerns and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Kathryn and Christy in optical were so fun to work with when choosing new glasses, and were knowledgeable which made choosing new glasses easy! Highly Recommend!

No longer accepting VSP insurance. My daughters glasses (frame) should still be under warranty but I can't get anyone on the phone to ask if they are still honoring the warranty since her frame is about to break. No way to contact the optical shop.

Dr. Slyman saw my elderly cousin and performed a thorough examination. After the exam, Dr. Slyman clearly explained the results and recommendations for a solution. Cousin's insurance was honored, and she received corrective lenses and frames at approximately 50% of typical retail. A great healthcare experience.

I waited 8 months on a pair of contacts and never received them. I was turned down for eye surgery. When I asked if I would ever receive my contacts, they told me to go to Winston-Salem because I was being released. That was after they ordered me the wrong contacts that wouldn't work. Something needs to be done and a complaint needs to be filed to the state. If you have been done wrong by this company please file a complaint immediately!
