I've been to the Eye Care Group ever since my first pair of glasses in the second grade, but it has unfortunately gone downhill in the past few years. My prescription never seems to be quite right, and they will tell me one thing and my contacts will show up with a different prescription than what I was told. I also find issue with being notified that it's time to schedule my appointment, only to hear that the earliest I can be seen is 3 months out. I notified the lady on the phone that I'm having significant issues with my vision, to which she said I could hope to be seen earlier if I got on the waiting list. I get this is a common issue with a lot of medical offices, but why not let patients go ahead and book their next annual exam while they are already there?

I always have a great experience at The Eyecare Group of Lexington. The entire staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and I can tell they have a lot of experience with eye health. I am near-sighted and have chronic dry eye. Dr. Becky has helped me with these issues. I am successfully wearing contacts again. I didn't think I could. I highly recommend them.

They used to be awesome. But if you want an eye doctor and staff who care...go somewhere else! I wear contacts. Every year I need an appointment to get a new prescription. Every year (until now!) it's been in April. When April rolled around this year they couldn't see me until the end of May. So they let me order enough contacts to hold me until then. Seems okay, yes? Well, a couple days before my appointment, they call and apparently their doctor had something more important than his job to do (probably playing golf) that was unavoidable. So they rescheduled me a full MONTH down the road. At that time I told them I didn't have enough contacts to last. The lady took my payment info and assured me she'd put the order in. Normally, I received them within 2-3 days. But nothing came and they never billed me. So I started trying to call. Tried for two weeks and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Every time we would go up there, no cars in the employee parking and a "Closed for Lunch" sign on the door. This morning, my husband managed to get an actual human being on the phone. He explained to the young man what had happened. The young man snapped at him that they hadn't placed my order because my prescription was expired. My husband said yes, we knew, because they'd pushed my appointment back a full TWO MONTHS. Know what the little smart aleck said? "Well next time make your appointment sooner." Like we hadn't tried! My next stop is the BBB. I have ZERO issues reporting unethical behavior. If you value your eyesight DO NOT GO TO EYE CARE GROUP LEXINGTON!!!

Dr. Vu and his tech were wonderful. Very informative, caring and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

This organization is wonderful. Dr. Kowal is the best and the entire staff is great. Their level of customer service is exceptional. Been a patient there for many years and always happy to refer someone to them.

Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Doctor explain well and take time to I understand, All are helpful and professional. The offices are all well equipped and tastefully decorated. My visit went well. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I'm so glad we have this office here in Lexington. Thank you

Our Eye Care Doctor retired and we had to find a new Eye Doctor. We are so glad we found the EyeCare Group. We was able to get an appointment when we needed and a Diabetic Eye exam. All of the employees have been professional and friendly. The office is clean and well maintained. Our new Eye Doctor is so friendly and explains what is going on with our eyes. They have a big selection of frames. They are following recommended guidelines to keep everyone healthy. I'm so glad we came here and will be back as needed.
