Started to have some blurry vision in one of my eyes and saw a light flash. They immediately took me in as a new patient, and I cannot describe how good the care was from the very first step into the building at the front counter, to the lady that helped me get the test done, to the Doctor. They were all absolutely amazing. Not only thorough, very friendly and very good at what they did, I can't say enough about this facility. I am a new patient that will become an old one, because I'm going to stay here. Highly recommended. Jim

Exception TEAM work by warm and friendly professionals I am thrilled to recommend the incredible team of Dr. Michael Watt (Optometrist) and Dr. Jeremy Bonkowske (Eye Surgeon) after my recent cataract journey. The level of coordinated, patient-centered care I received was truly outstanding. My journey started about a year ago with Dr. Watt, who took all the time necessary to explain the different options for cataract removal and patiently answered every concern I had. When I decided to move forward several months later, he seamlessly provided the referral to Dr. Bonkowske. The consultation with Dr. Bonkowske went perfectly, and I felt completely confident in his expertise to handle the surgical part. What truly amazed me was the teamwork: Dr. Bonkowske did his part, and Dr. Watt managed the comprehensive post-operative care, checking my status the day after surgery, one week later, and three weeks later. The patience and genuine care shown by both doctors during every single visit was exceptional. They spoke clearly, listened well, and always made sure my concerns were fully addressed. I highly recommend both of these doctors for their skill, professionalism, and truly wonderful bedside manner.

Didn't let me know my glasses came in without calling to check, and then went to pick them up and it was the wrong script, never even bothered to check before telling me to come in to pick them up. Now I am again for a new pair with correct lenses. Update: it has been over a month since I placed my order here and still no glasses. They have stated they shipped from the lab multiple times when I call for an update. Still no date to pick up my order.

I have seen Drs Hamidiami, Nishek, and Trego between the Lincolnton and Denver locations. Always great service and experience from the Drs and the staff. Highly recommend if you are shopping your optometry needs.

I highly recommend this location! My appointment was scheduled quickly, the check in process was a breeze, and all of the employees were so kind & knowledgeable throughout my appointment. Dr Watt was easy to talk to and very informative. I'm back to 20/20 vision and could not be happier! When going over my glasses prescription, I never felt pressure to order & the pricing was very transparent. I will definitely be returning

I highly recommend I had a really great experience helpful staff very very helpful doctor just it was. It was really well experience and I'll be going back every year to get my eyes checked. I was really impressed with how much care and time that they took.

The eyedoctor is outstanding, the office staff seem nice. My major issue was the contacts cost way more here than Sam's club. I went ahead and brought my old frames to see if I could get new lenses and I did not realize it might take up to 3 weeks? I have never had to wait this long in my life.

Dr Nishek is the best, as well as the rest of his team! Always a pleasure visiting the Lincolnton Carolina Eye Care family!!
