I have been going to see Dr. Bob for 22 years and he is a wonderful doctor and has become a good friend to me also. I like that he is very through when getting the correct prescription and it's not a nurse that looks at it for a minute and done. They are very professional and always helpful. This is a great doctor. Locally owned and family operated. They take the time to get to know you and to figure out what is best for you. Knowledgeable and caring doctor. The staff is very friendly as well. My insurance changed and so they are out of network now. I'll pay the extra to keep coming anyway. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Lincoln Eye Center for years, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Dr. Nate Hitt is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to address our questions and concerns. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. They also have a fantastic selection of glasses and affordable pricing options, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Lincoln Eye Center for anyone in need of excellent eye care in the greater Charlotte area! Recommend to my co-workers and and they also had an equally great experience. I have gone here for many years & I LOVE Dr Bob & the staff. Dr. Bob has really helped me with any issues I have had. Only negative I have is if you are wanting you new glasses quick that may not happen...I usually go to lenscrafters but this time didn't want to bother going out of town. I ordered 2 pair a couple days apart, one pair with bifocals came back in about a week. Second pair, A single vision pair was paid for on 2/9/23, as of 2/24 these are not back.

Called a day before and got an appointment next day which was great. I am a out of pocket pay and the cost was very reasonable. I had an issue with my right eye, and was examined and given treatment. That same day my pain was gone, and feeling 100% better. I am so pleased and thankful. Very professional!

Dr Bob is amazing! The staff are courteous, professional, and super sweet! I recieved answers to all of my questions and was treated with compassion. I have never had such a thorough exam! I still don't have an answer for my occular migraines but I know that my eyes are healthy and not the problem. Dr. Bob is also going to design my next pair of glasses so I can get exactly what I need. Thank you to everyone at Lincoln Eye Center for giving me the courage I needed

I've been going here for years and always have a good experience. Dr. Bob fitted me for contacts and once I learned to get over my dread of sticking them in my eyes, I am very happy.

The 1st pair of glasses, the bifocals were not placed correctly. Mistakes happen, and new lenses ordered. Now my eyes feel strained and I get headaches when trying to wear my glasses. I am throwing these out and gettin basic reading glasses. What a waste of money.
