Graystone Eye-Lincolnton

Due to an urgent need to obtain a new eyeglass prescription and since Dr. Wise was working in Lincolnton on February 26 I was sent to the Lincolnton office to see him. Everyone was super nice and Gaby was wonderful. Her smile was beautiful and her professionalism was A+. She was very through in my exam. Unlike the larger Hickory office the Lincolnton office was more relaxing and comfortable.

I have to admit first that I did not expect for my day to be brightened by my office visit, when I set out to get my eyes examined in the next town. I had to travel about 30 minutes, but they were the only place that had availability in the near future that also took my insurance. Because of my business write offs, I am able to take advantage of public health insurance--not the most advantageous program for healthcare providers. Nevertheless, Graystone not only got me in for an appointment, they treated me the same respect, I was used to as a marketing executive with much better insurance. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, and my doctor spent a little time getting to know me. We had a great conversation that went beyond the context of my eye exam, but that conversation came full circle as my Optometrist made it clear by actions and words that she cared about helping people--and this was the field she chose in order to do so. This visit stood out when it comes to the level of genuine care I experienced from a healthcare professional, and I thoroughly appreciate her and her staff. I highly recommend Graystone Eye--Lincolnton.

My last few visits to Graystone Eye have been to work with Nelson in the contact dept to improve my vision He was super informative and very patient with each visit. His goal has been to get me to a level of seeing the best with the most comfort in wear. It was evident that he had my best interests in mind and not in a rush to send me on my way. Thanks Nelson! You're the best!

After seeing two eye doctors in the Gastonia/Belmont area I struggled with my newly prescribed glasses. I was simply unable to see through the prescribed glasses. With no help from the first clinic, I went to another eye clinic. The glasses still didn't work. I returned again after a week where the second clinic changed my prescription. After spending $1200 +, I still couldnt see through the glasses. I discovered that both clinics were sending prescriptions to the same vendor that made the lens and glasses. After talking with friends and family many had the same problem with one of these clinics. A dear friend told me that she couldn't see with the same results as mine, from this one clinic. Frustrated she decided to go to lincolnton's Greystone Eye clinic where she seen Dr. Wise. He discovered that the bifocal was too high and immediately corrected her vision. She was elated with the results. She spoke of him so highly, that I had to go see Dr Wise. He was amazingly great! Anyone having any eye roblems need to go to this well educated MD with a wonderful bedside manner. Who is not only professional but kind and caring. He took time with me and explained everything. Bottom line HE CARED! I would highly recommend him! His staff was awesome also! Its Great Seeing Again!! Faith N.

All of the staff was amazing from the time I checked in to the time I left. Everyone was so nice in the clinic. The doctor explained very well what was going on with my eyes. Explained the procedure that he would be doing. Amazing staff. Best place I've been

My experience with Graystone was excellent. Friendly staff and the people I met waiting for my visit. Quiet office and my wait was short. Nice Dr as well. Took his time and I came out with a good report.

I went yesterday to the Lincolnton office to pick up contacts and told the front desk that I had something in my eye thinking mascara. She asked did I want a Dr to look at it. Wow I had no idea she could get me in so quick!! They're all so helpful and nice there which makes such a difference. The Dr and tech were awesome. Thank goodness I did go because it was a small piece of metal in my eye lid. Where that came from I have no idea but without that help it would have been a lot worse later. He was so nice and helpful and I really appreciate ! Having a great bedside manner with patients really makes the difference Thank you you so much too all those working there!! Very good people all very nice I had an issue went to the wrong office and I was late for my appointment but they fixed it so I could come down to the Lincolnton office and see my doctor within an hour very appreciative
