Finally found a great eye Dr. For the last six years I've went to a different eye doctor every year trying to find one I felt comfortable with, who didn't try to upsell me on every little thing and cared more about my eye sight than the all mighty $. First, I was able to create my appointment online. Then from the moment I entered the building the customer service was amazing. Not only for myself but I watched the interactions with others and was impressed. Their process was similar to every other eye doctor I've been to, but the great customer service that made you feel like a patient they cared about and not a number or $ to move through their day made all the difference. I will definitely be returning next year, as will my family. Thank you to Dr. Stephen Eckel and his staff for making this annual appointment something enjoyable.
