The staff are nice and kind explaining every step. My eye doctor marrisa ferris ,she's fantastic. So nice, answering any questions with a smile. Completely erases any anxiety. The process is fast and easy up to check out. Now the absolutely gorgeous woman that assisted me with my final purchase was amazing. Her name is lakeisha. If you're about to check out ask for her. She's just amazing.

I had been looking for a quality eye doctor since moving to the area 7 years ago. I tried 3 other places where I felt rushed through without a thorough exam. A friend recommended MyEyeDr in Mint Hill when my daughter recently needed to go. I was so impressed that I made an appt for myself before we left. My daughter had recently done an eye dissection and Dr. Ferris even took a few minutes to talk about parts of the eye and to explain her retinal scan to her. I don't remember the name of the woman who helped her with the initial part of the exam, but my daughter has some anxiety with new experiences and she was wonderful with her! Kerry helped me with mine and was wonderful as well! Dr Ferris took time and explained everything she was doing and why, always pausing to see if I had questions and answering them so I could understand. LaKeisha was amazing helping each of us pick out our frames, so patient, and order glasses. When my daughter found hers were loose on her head a few days after picking up, it was easy to go back and get them fitted better (my daughter had never worn glasses and didn't know they shouldn't be loose). I had insurance and my daughter didn't and the front desk was great about being clear with what was covered and what wasn't and offered a package deal for my daughter for the exam and glasses. My husband now has an appt as well!

I was at my eye dr in mint hill nc to learn how to put in/ take out my contacts and Lakeisha was awesome great teacher. The experience was great. Dr Farris is awesome she takes the time to answer all questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the lenses before I left. Great place great people!! Ty to the staff for all your help

I would like to thank LaKeisha Lindsey for the excellent service she gave me in September while picking out my reading glasses and sunglasses at your Mint Hill office. She was kind, patient, efficient and pleasant while I went through the painstaking process of choosing my glasses. Additionally, the next month when I had a problem with my new sunglasses she quickly solved the problem without any additional cost. I am very happy with my experience at MyEyeDr!

The best eye appt I have ever had ever. The timing was awesome. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady at the door for pre testing and escorted to the back to see Dr Ferris, a spunky doctor who actually taught while conducting the appt... my finances were taken into consideration while choosing glasses with Lakeisha, she was super congenial. I walked out telling my husband that was the best experience I've had in any doctors office... I made an appt for my husband and kids to be seen by the same doctor in the same location. Everyone here is amazing! I was having an issue with my insurance, but was still able to be seen and helped with getting a new pair of glasses. La'Keisha was so kind helping me pick out my frames, and making it work with my insurance not coming through. Highly recommend this location!

This was my first time going to this location due to it being closer ! And boy my experience has been nothing but amazing The receptionist is super good with calling me back and leaving voicemails in regards to my appointments, Dr.ferris was super nice and supportive through it all ! Lakeisha as well she didn't give up on me !! And Shannon was the cherry on top !! These ladies made me feel supported and appreciated, 10/10 service and I will continue to come here !! I received a contact fitting , glasses exam , and free pair of sunglasses of my choice when I purchased my yearly contact supply !

I have been going to the Mint Hill location for years. My most recent experience has hands down been the absolute best. Dr. Ferris has always been awesome and great every visit. You do not feel rushed and she takes all of your concerns seriously. Additionally, the tech Shannon was thorough and super sweet. Then when I made it to select my eyewear, La'Keisha made my experience unique and she was very attentive. I hope these magnificent team of ladies are there when I get my next eye exam.
