Dr. Pawlish and the front office staff were amazing! I had no wait time, and the doctor helped me find lenses that made sense both price wise and convenience wise. The entire visit was quick yet thorough. We've always had great experiences here, and being able to get in and out quick is a huge plus!

I am a long time patient of the Emmett's. I have always been pleased with the care and affordability that the team always delivers. Darren has fitted me with multifocal contact lenses with great results. His team always provides glasses at reasonable cost when I need a new pair. Darren, Christen, Patty, and Blanca were great during my last visit.

Dr Emmett has been my eye doctor for many years and has always done a professional job. In this particular visit, I had been moved to Virginia for a few years and eye care is hard to find up there so I went back to my home to see him. Christen took care of all of my insurance/payment/eye supplies etc and was very professional. These folks have always been nice to me.

I have been going to Dr Emmitt and his father before him since I was a little girl. Staff is very nice and helpful. I was amazed at all the updated equipment they use. They check you out good with all that equipment.

I love this eye Dr! And Christen at the front desk is so sweet . You will be in and out in 20 mins and he will get your prescription right THE FIRST TIME. Can't say enough good about this eye Dr. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

I want to give this place five stars. The doctor and the staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the hours are crap and all over the place. The office is closed on Thursdays and closes at 3:00 on Fridays, which makes it really hard for someone who works a regular job to make it to the office to pick up any eyewear or contacts they may have purchased. Your purchase can be shipped to your house for an extra charge which I find ridiculous because I have never seen that at any other eye doctor that I have been to be shipping to your house was always included in the prices of the contacts. So unfortunately when I need another eye exam I'll be going back to one of the big chains.

Customer service might as well be AI. It's never taken this long to get glasses ever. I've had to call numerous times just to get any update on my daughter's prescription lenses. Just recently called and was left on hold after 15 minutes the phone just hung up. I called back, no answer. I wanted to come back because it is very convenient to where our home is located, will definitely be finding another optometrist.

So their hours are all over the place, but I knew that going on. Before they were Accuvision I had insurance issues. But guys, let me tell you, now, it's just a hot hot mess. I had no problem getting my glasses, but got a new puppy and he chewed them. Put in a warranty claim, yay for that and was told on January 6th that it would be two weeks (yay), i called and called two weeks later (as the front desk advised) and left several messages. None of them returned. I called three weeks later, and got "we're having problems with ups..." called a month after, "we're having problems with ups" one and half months later "we're having problems with ups" finally I took the day off from work and went there. Front desk finally actually looked at it, seems they have had my lenses at the lab for like ever, but were waiting on the frames that got delivered to the store. Which they no longer had. I was told they would reach out to the rep and she would call me back once they heard back from the glasses rep to see if they could get another frame. I've heard crickets from them. I'm never going to get my glasses. so good luck to all of you guys who decide to go to this eye dr.
