My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fox-Putnam for years. We are very satisfied with the care that we have received from her and the staff. On our recent visit she was running behind because of an emergency appointment she had to schedule in. She and the staff apologized profusely for the wait but in all honesty we were in and out in a little over an hour. Dr. Fox-Putnam took the time to discuss my husband's exam with me which I appreciated immensely since my husband tends to get overwhelmed with too much information. Several members of our extended family are patients here. I would highly recommend this establishment for their professional care and friendliness.

Waited over an hour to be seen. The office is dirty including the bathroom and the eye machine smelled like fried food as if it hadn't been cleaned after the patient before me. The doctor is gruff and a bit condescending. She asked me what eye is my "shooting eye" as if everyone should be shooting a gun. Like that's normal. The eye doctor is supposed to be one of the easier appointments when you have white coat syndrome, but not the case with this office. They also don't communicate if something is a specialty service or not covered by insurance. They Definitely seem to care about the bottom line ($$$) as opposed to the patient. If you're expecting to only pay your copay-think again. I have gone to the MyEyeDr in Charlotte (E arbors Dr) and they have always been great and communicative about charges up front. That doctor is also very friendly. I have regrets about going to the this office and residual anxiety about my visit here. Do not recommend.

The staff was great. I have no qualms with them. My issue is the manufacturer of my glasses lens. I was experiencing unexplainable cracks developing on the lens of my 2 month old glasses. The staff made the situation right and replaced the lens for free. Fast forward about 5 months after the lens replacement, my lens is now delaminating. I've never experienced these issues (I typically use LensCrafters) once, let alone twice both with brand new lenses. MyEyeDr needs to reevaluate who they utilize to manufacture their lenses. Period. Awesome staff. Terrible lens quality.

Should have listened to the online reviews. I booked an appointment and got the confirmation. I scheduled this for my only upcoming day off. I called a few times to make sure they would accept my military insurance. They did not answer. They then reached out once (a week before the appointment date) while I was at work. I called back the next day and they had already canceled my appointment and were unable to rebook for any date close to the original date. This place is unprofessional and not worth your time. Look somewhere else.

Dr Fox, Rebecca and Tiffany were all so welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best MyEyeDr I've been to. Picked up glasses today and very satisfied.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They're also very understanding of my very curious and inquisitive 7 year old son who asks questions about everything in the office and I appreciate them being so patient with him. I felt confident during our visit as Dr. Fox was very professional and patient. They really made a great effort to create a kid-friendly environment for us. We've been going here for years now and have no problem maintaining our loyalty to this office.

The Dr was condescending and treated me like a child. I need real answers not someone raising there voice telling me I'm just getting old. Also the computers seemed very slow. Maybe it's time to reinvest the profits back into the business.

Great first visit! My parents and eldest son have been patients and now it was my turn. It had been so long since I've had an exam that I was very nervous. No long wait, appointment wasn't rushed and still didn't take up much time at all. The doctor was very personable and explained everything in detail so that made me very comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. Prices were more than reasonable, and selection of frames were very nice and affordable. She was also very helpful with my contacts, offering me a cheaper and more updated option than what I had been used to. Definitely recommend.
