I purchased glasses from here that cost quite a bit. A couple months later there seem to be a film on both lens, now I didn't wear them much, only to do homework or read. I go back to see what could be done. The lady at the desk told me that I must of sprayed hair spray on them or something, after repeatedly telling her that I don't wear hair spray, she insisted that it had to be. I wear dreadlocks in my hair and I never come out without a wrap fully covering my hair. I explained that very few, if any African Americans wear hair spray. Anyway after going back and forth with her and waiting for a call from the Dr. A couple months went past ( this was Covid time as well) finally the Dr was in and able to see me. He explained that they put a film on their glasses and that everyone did but my body chemistry must not go with the film . Also that it was to late to do anything because I should have came earlier . Almost $500 it shouldn't have been any issues what so ever, I've never heard of glasses peeling, I also got contacts from there and we aren't even going to discuss the problems with those. I had to find another eye doctor.

Best DR all around! My children have been coming here since they were fresh out of the NICU, going on 10 years now. Not only has the staff always been friendly and treat you like family, but multiple times Dr Emmett has really gone above and beyond to give my children urgent treatment. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

I called the office an hour and a half ago, fully expecting to make an appointment for the next week or so. Instead, here I am back at home and done already. I arrived at the office 15 minutes after I called and was seen as soon as my paperwork was finished. My husband could only stay for a few minutes before work to help with my son who is 18 months old. When he had to leave the wonderful ladies behind the desk offered to help watch my son during the exam. He screamed the whole time but they were still so kind to him and did everything they could to sooth him. They really went above and beyond to help me with my son, something I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten from a larger establishment. I do wish their frame selection was larger, but I don't feel it warrants removing a star as they are such a small office and it's to be expected. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

I love Dr. Emmett. He is so good with my son. Been going there for a while and haven't had anything but good from there. The girl that works behind the desk and does all of your prep work is great too.

First visit was an excellent one. Dr Emmett was very kind and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my eye issue and recommended a specialist. My wife got fitted for glasses the same day, in and out 1 hour

I have been going to Dr. Emmett for years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Emmett is very friendly and knowledgeable, as well is Sam at the front desk. I highly recommend this place for all of your eye care needs!

Great experience, immediately filled out paperwork was taken back for I exam. Dr. D. took the time to explain The procedure as well as any question that I asked. Many options for eyewear, They also have designer frames.

My wife and I both had a wonderful experience! Definitely coming back for any eye care needs!
