They were Extremely friendly and professional. They knew exactly hiw to operate all the test equipment and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Clark was very willing to answer all questions, with information that i had not received from any of the other specialists that I had visited over the last 4 year's. I would highly recommend using them for you eye care needs.

When I checked in, Harley greeted me with a big smile and she made the process fast and easy. I was called quickly and the 1st technician was also very friendly and explained what she was doing. Dr Hamm is an asset to the practice. Very professional, she explained the tests and her observations. The office runs like a " well-oiled " machine. The exam process was through and it never felt rushed. Thank you Coastal Eye Clinic.

Coastal Eye Clinic is amazing. broke my glasses on Thursday afternoon. called Friday morning, asked for a Monday appointment. Dr Hamm was booked solid, Come in now and she would work me, since all I needed was a prescription, thank you so much, it meant a lot.

I needed an urgent appointment for vision changes and my established eye doctor's practice told me I would have a six month wait. I called Coastal Eye Clinic and they offered me an appointment in less than a week. I saw the lovely Dr. K and she diagnosed me with a retina tear which was causing my sudden vision changes. She explained the diagnosis and showed me pictures of the imaging to show the tear. I was so relieved to have an answer for my vision distortion. She referred me to a retina specialist for surgical treatment. Not only was Dr. K amazing, everyone at the practice was kind and welcoming. Harley at the Front Desk did an amazing job handling a long line of patients checking in while maintaining order with a smile. I highly recommend Coastal Eye Clinic, they really cared about my needs. Even though I wasn't a regular patient of theirs they treated me like I was their top priority and made me feel valued.

Wanted to wait to write this review until after my mothers surgery was complete. I wanted to praise not only Dr Ouna but also his nurse Daniele. My mother told me he was so Patient and kind at the carolina east surgery. Her vision has been restored. Daniele came in For my mothers preop appointment with a scratched Eye she was in pain but said she didn't want to cancel my mothers appointment. She still seemed to smile and had the knowledge to answer all questions we had. That's true Dedication! Love Dr Ouna's and his staff! was worth wait.

They are the best eye clinic ever. The staff are caring and so gentle. There are not enough space to say how knowledgeable Dr Dean Ouano is. Adding to that is his bedside manner with his patients. He's a gentle caring doctor.

Great technicians and doctors. My Doctor is Jordan Ridgeway and has been since my first visit in 2021. He explains his diagnosis throughly in terms I can understand. I highly recommend Coastal Eye Clinic.
