My husband had one cataract surgery and going for the other next week. Everyone was great. He was in pain from his back and they were so efficient in caring for him. He is happy with the result and thankful our eye doctor recommended him.

Not very happy with the treatment Saw them in the hospital last year, I'm 79 yrs old,they made a follow up appointment for me I just got Feb 3 Didn't remember it and got a $25 fee for a no show. I thought when I stopped the messages they would cancel...no they are charging me for no show I do not recommend them for anyone

Dr Jay Singleton removed my cataracts on both eyes a week apart and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. All the people at the CarolinaEast Surgery Center were so nice and caring. From Rosa at the front desk to Ambe and Mayra in Pre Op, to Heather, Kayla, and Chresty in OR, and Jennette, Hayley and Brandi in recovery they were all very caring and professional in taking care of me. I live in Richlands, NC. I had a horrible eye laceration on my farm a few months ago. I brushed it off thinking it would heal overnight. The eye was infected and the pain was excruciating by the following morning. Every Dr. In Jacksonville wouldn't touch it or couldn't diagnose it. The last place I visited made a call to Mr. Singleton as a favor and he asked me to drive up to New Bern. Mind you this was a Friday afternoon and his practice was closed. Upon my arrival he and his staff were nothing short of amazing. They were able to get my eye treatment started literally as I walked through the door with some medicated drops to ease the pain. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He did a easy procedure to help the eye get a clean start for healing and provided the scripts to heal fast. I genuinely feel he saved my eye and vision. Within 24 hours I felt back to myself. I made 2 follow ups with him after the fact. Vision was perfect, as was his practice. I would not hesitate to drive to this mans Practice from 10 mins or 2 hours away. I doubt you will find a more professional staff, or Doctor anywhere else. It was amazing to see someone genuinely passionate about what he does and compassionate about his patients!

The staff are great. I've had one Cataract lens procedure, one secondary cataract laser and a Blepharoplasty on both eyes lids. All in house, super efficient and professional. Kudos to Singleton Vision.

My wife was referred to Dr Singleton from the emergency room. She has a orbital eye socket fracture and has no vision in her left eye. Dr. Thomas was amazing on the first visit. But Dr Singleton has no compassion. Stating oh a mysterious case of vision lost in a eye. Just brushed my wife off saying oh it'll get better. No estimate on time frame or anything. Very rude and snooty because it's rare to be hit in the face and have vision lost due to orbital eye socket fracture. Would not recommend this place for people or families on low budget income or on Medicaid. They cater to upper class people

Thank you for taking good care of my mother with this glaucoma surgery. Looking forward to not needing that expensive med she's been on for 30+ years. Again, thank you all for your blessed abilities in giving people the "windows to their souls" back.
